Best wings in West Volusia.Mango Hubenaro sauce is killer. Rachel and her crew are top notch. And a FULL bar inside the bowling alley.

Rachel's Wing House. Well never have I been more satisfied with a Small hole in the wall place to eat. Came in last Night 9 25 2025 Thursday night. We had Rosilyn has a sever and man she was Amazing. Had so many Questions and she answered all with a smile and stayed on top of it.
Never have had BBQ as good as this place. So Friday 9 26 2025 brang my wife in so she can enjoy a Amazing meal. Rosilyn was here and greeted me as I was family. My wife ordered Garlic Parmasen wings and they were dripping sauce like they should be.
Hats off to Rachel's for teaching these workers how to not only make great food but teach them we are all family. Thank You. Loved This Place. Come Visit them.

A loyal customer of 5 years.. What happen to the Rachel's wings that used to give out a generous amount of boneless wings? The price continues to go up and the chicken gets less and less the Included flavor has gotten less, leaving the wings lack luster of the famous flavors Rachel's in known for.

If I could rate this place a ZERO I would. The blond girl that is ALWAYS at the register has terrible customer service skills. I have dined in this place many times and she always seems to have a very bad attitude. I've brushed it off every other time because I thought maybe she's just having a bad day but enough is enough, it's become very clear that she simply does not care.
The food is okay but you could DEFINITELY get better food anywhere else in DeLand with great customer service. Nobody wants to walk into a restaurant after a fun night of bowling and be greeted with a bad attitude it ruins the fun and the day. (blonde almost white) Its name is Rachel.

The wings and fries combo was delicious!!! I must admit that I was a bit skeptical about going in (due to a some of the reviews). However, I promise you all that Rosilyn (The blond girl) was so sweet, polite and very attentive. Not only were we greeted when we arrived, but she came to our table several times to check on us. I highly recommend this establishment! You will not be disappointed.
Great wings Service great Regina is marvelous You can get addicted to the wings that’s not good. And Rachel is a business Lady, taking care of her customers..
A cool little spot and there's a bowling alley! It felt like a small town diner and our server was lovely.

Order a to go with my girlfriend while we are traveling Instead of ordering to dine in then asking for a box. our food comes out instead of trying to eat in the car we were going to eat some of our food on the patio out side then take the rest we are told we are not allowed to eat on the patio or inside because we ordered it to go. We could understand if the restaurant was busy they’re may have been 1 or 2 tables with people at them tops. Great customer service spend $50 to be ran off and told we can’t eat our food from their restaurant at their restaurant because it was in a Togo box
