I love Spanish food and their food Every time I went there was fresh and it’s good and it’s convenient just down the road from me. I have no complaints.,

We had them cater our CHRISTmas dinner with family. It was perfect! The pork hardly had any fat on it! We all really enjoyed it. My son even took some of the leftovers home with him for his lunches. Everything tasted great!
UPDATE: Just had dinner from here today and it wasn't as good as they can be. Most of the food was good but the Papa rellena was not good. It was over cooked and burnt on the bottom. We had to throw part of it away. Why when someone in the restaurant see that and take it back to show the cook? That shouldn't be put out there to sell. They need to have a high standard for all their foods. So they will have continued customers coming back for more. I know if I order another papa rellena I will have to look at it before pay for it. It's too bad because I know they can do better. They did a great job for our family CHRISmas party. But unfortunately not this time. I called and let them know and all he said is he would pass on the message to the people in the back. I had to take off one star.

One star is generous. Ordered the pollo guisao (stewed chicken) and the yuca(casava) and I can say they got us for $15 food was over salted didn't taste good. Needless to say I threw my food out which I should have went back to get my money but I was on my way back to daytona and ended up eating mcdonalds. Don't waste your time and money like I did.

Horrible experience twice they serve very little portions and the ladies have a very nasty attitude when you ask to serve more. They make it seem it’s Puerto Rican cuisine but they ain’t. They play Bachata music which is nice but there’s something odd about the place and the management team. Ice should check in here for sure 👍 I don’t recommend this place also the rice was hard both of the rice we choose white and yellow rice. I was so mad 😡 at the treatment that I didn’t take pictures but I for sure won’t go there ever again.

There is no good attitude on the part of the employee, everything is a nuisance for her and she does not answer your questions.

The last two others have been extremely salty.
I've being going there for 5 years now and I like the food, very convenient to have the food already prepared. The mofongo is one of the best I've tried. Today I ordered mofongo with shrimp and the shrimp was cooked at perfection. I had to adjust the salt, but oh my it was good! They served plenty of shrimp.

The food smelled good but once ordering and trying to eat it, it was a totally different story. The rice was hard and uncooked. The chicken was disgusting and only had dark meat available. When I asked for white meat they said “ oh sorry” and did nothing to try to better the situation. It was a very tiny chicken leg and thigh that was mostly fat. Definitely not worth the $12 we paid. They refused to give us napkins and had to search for them myself. They had them hidden behind a sign. I asked for salt to try to make the rice more tolerable but to no avail as they only wanted to hand me two packs for a whole plate of rice and that was with asking. Never will I
Unfortunately the food isn't the best. The service is decent, but I would stay away from the meats and yellow rice especially.

Horrible service today I went in with my husband to pick up catering order for an event that we had this afternoon. The chicken was uncooked. The rice was hard and the customer service was horrible. I asked for help and I was told that I did not put what type of rice I wanted and that they gave me fresh rice when truly I feel like they gave me rice from yesterday. I was a customer who came in all the time now, I will never be coming back. Really disappointed as this was for a catering event in which all guests had the same complaints.

You know, they were great about 10 mos ago when they catered a dinner for us. But today's dinner i bought was completely the opposite. I don't know what's happened but it was not good. The pork was very dry & I got there at 12 noon or a little earlier. The meat was like long stiff piece of meat. The empanada was tasteless. I'm afraid I've gone from a 5 star review 10 months ago to a 2 star review. Did the restaurant change chefs? Whats going on? I may have to keep going to Mt. Dora for my Spanish food.
We were able to sit outside, so that was nice. The chicken and rice were delicious!

Great taste, which is the most important thing for me when looking for a place to eat food from my Island. We ordered several different dishes, and they all tasted excellent.
