We were very disappointed with the food we had today at Ricon de Sabor at lunch. We had pork & yellow rice. I specifically asked for the minimum fat. Well, it didn't matter, we still got a lot fat including the hard skin that still had hair on it, on my plate! My wife also had a lot of fat on her serving. The yellow rice was still a little hard so I guess not fully cooked. It's too bad, we've gone there a lot & had very good meals. I don't know what happened, maybe a different cook. Hopefully they aren't slipping.

Went there Holy week to eat Codfish.They sure don't know how to cooked.Vodfish stew too watery the rice didn't have good seasoning like others. Times.I imagine new cook.One time years ago I asked for a mofongo and they serve me what the used to make mangú.But it was even mangú. Was mashed plantains.

The food quality/taste is poor ? I bet I would've been happier with Wendy's. Bummer. The mofongo is bad enough to throw away. Not worth eating. The sandwich is dry as f and missing relish n mustard. ? Not eating at all is preferable to getting a bad meal. This was made so lazily and not by someone who has the right intentions. Low standards.
