Host Abigail and waitress Yuki was very nice and do their job with patience with me. The manager (no name) was very rude unprofessional with me after I ask for the manager. This “guy” instead resolved my complaint or talk to me turn and went one by one of this to ladies and confront them in front of of a customer, me. As a store manager from retail store “youuuuu neeeveeer put your employees n front or middle of a situation that you suppose to resolve.” You just seat in that big counter checking you FB and you turn don’t even said a word to me when I said NEVERMINE YOUR NOT HELPING TODAY’! And he walk away

Selection is good. Food is average and what to expect from a buffet. Ice cream a tad bit too cold. People had trouble scooping because it was hard as a rock. Food was draino to me giving me the shits. I had to go there and had to stop once on my way home so be ready for that. Restroom was spacious and private.

AVOID!!! FOOD OK BUT SERVICE SUCKS ASS!! AND WAITRESS WILL TRY TO KEEP YOUR RECEIPT WITH CARD INFO ON IT... AND THIS IS NOT $10-$20 A PERSON, MORE LIKE $25 EACH PERSON!!! Other places have better food and prices are way cheaper and service is moderate... This place needs to Strive for better prices and better service as well as better food that's not expired!!

Don't have a tall kid. They say kids is 10 and under but they make them stand up against what they say is 5'5" but is actually only 5ft. Then charge them as an adult. Also don't go between peak times cause the food is old and oily. Definitely not fresh until peak dinner time. The hibachi grill is great any time the day. Sushi bar 50/50.

While eating there, food was okay. The atmosphere was it very, very poor it was very cold and I couldn't get management to do anything about it. They did shut the a ac down? But by that time it's already too cold to eat. All they wanted to do was put me in a different part of an already to cold restaurant. Thinking that was gonna make it ok..They charged me full price for buffet.That was sitting on the table that I couldn't eat because I was too cold.Understand I'm in a wheelchair, also doing diealysis and when I get cold?All I can do shiver and shake. The manager failed to give me any discount and wanted to charge me even more fore taking the food on my plate on the table home with me to eat when I could warm up.and I wasn't the only person to complain about the cold, that was the only reason the manager turned the ac off.will not go there again. I live in the area and have frequented the facility arleast twice a month . No more.

Definitely not worth it. Came with my kid who is autistic and doesn’t eat majority of the stuff they have except for the French fries so we gave her literally 5 fries on a napkin to see if she will eat it and they wanted to charge us $10.99.. my daughter didn’t even like the fries. I understand they are a business, but we did not even abuse the buffet and get more than one plate. We just wanted to try the food and must say it was definitely trash. Food tasted reheated and undercooked. Despite that I had no issues with paying for the 2 adults plates and wouldn’t have even left a negative review had they been understanding with my kid just wanting to trying a few fries.

Prices are not worth it. Three adults 2 children 3 and 5 . Bill was 85 dollars. I promise you the children did not eat 7 dollars of food nor drink 3 dollars of soda. The food Is ok at best. The service awful drinks never refilled. When leaving went to the restroom and it smelled like the sewage was backing up. Wi t return here.

Reasonable price for the amount of food you may wind up eating.Food was o.k. Has many options to choose from, but nothing special about the food. Service was good and waitress was pleasant. My only grip is the food was not hot. Food was cold when I got back to my table. Most buffets I've been to you can see and feel the steam coming off the serving table. Not like that here.

Been to a lot of Chinese and Japanese buffet restaurants in my lifetime this by far hands-down is on the bottom of the list! Be wary if you do eat here! 👎🏻 👎🏻

Misleading prices. We came at 11:30 ish and got lunch for 13.99 each person. It ended up being $38 so we definitely got charged dinner prices. They also pestered us about leaving a $5 minimum tip after scamming us. Never coming again!
