Mint chip is my favorite flavor ice cream, so I’m familiar with how it tastes. Ordered a scoop of mint chip tonight and it tasted like soapy toothpaste. Took one bite and had to throw it away.

The ice cream was wonderful and the sugar cone did not break. The young lady was handling the line of customers with care and didn't seem to stress about the line. The pictures on the web page should be updated because they now have a hand written chalk sign and the store inside doesn't look like those pictures. Still a very nice ice cream shop to enjoy with family, friends or just by yourself.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes but a tight fit.

While in DeLand, we had to stop for ice cream. You know how it can be. We found this place, and got their Italian Ice with soft serve in it, called a Gelati. They even let us pick 2 flavors of Italian ice, so we got mango and cherry. Both the Italian ice and soft serve were so full of flavor. The soft serve is thick like a custard and mixed well with the Italian ice. One of the best ice cream treats of 2023.Service was helpful and patient. They have a couple outside tables which we used on that sunny afternoon. Parking is easy as there's a small lot and on street available. Wanna go back.
