I’ve been here twice in the last month very slow service. I went an hour before close waited in line for 20 minutes and ordered and they said no bowls 40 minutes before close. Time before that I waited 45 for two bowls does this place have a manager ? There is so much potential but it is ran very bad

I ordered on the app for 10 minutes ahead. I arrived, waited forever in line. Got to the mic and told them I was here for my order. They said come to the window. Waited several more minutes to go to window. Got to window and had NO idea what order. Waited about five to ten minutes for them to even start making my order. All said and done, I ordered at 7:25pm and didn’t get my drink unit 7:58pm. That’s absolutely unacceptable!!!

Worst experience of my life.. told the employee a 20oz several times for her to make it a larger size I didn't request or want to pay for her to tell me she can't do refunds and come back.. I won't and I need my money now.. listen and repeat orders for accuracy. I wil never again come back..

Service here is always great! After a few times ordering pickup they remember my name and greet me by name! Smoothies are great!

No reason why if I pre paid, ordered ahead and still needed to wait 20 minutes in the drive through line. At 1:30 on a Sunday. Please do better. Not even a sorry for your wait nothing.

Don't enter the drive through. I spent 30 minutes there and got nothing, had to leave. Not sure why it takes so long to make a smoothie. Do not recommend unless u have all afternoon to wait.

Great energy excellent customer service- bathrooms clean and the juice was a 10. Reminded me of the good ol’ days. Went with my daughters and they loved it too!

I’ve tried multiple times to give this place the benefit of a doubt but today is the last time I shop here. They are constantly egregiously late with their pick up orders and the flavor of their product is inconsistent. The service is horrendous. I placed an online order today. I set the pick up time for 20 minutes from the time of order. I get to the store at the pick up time and I have to sit and wait. I watch people walk in, order, get their smoothies and leave before they complete any of the pick up orders. I got my smoothie 15 minutes later than the pick up time. My wife’s acai bowl was melted and soupy because they let the açaí sit out for several minutes before completing the bowl. Never again.

By far the best Smoothie King I’ve been to. I’m not sure why the reviews are saying differently. I had the pleasure of meeting and getting my wonderful smoothie made by Maira and she was delightful went above and beyond! I will definitely be returning and telling more friends and family to come! Thank you for an amazing experience!!!

Went thru drive thru this evening and order a medium smoothie we paid at the window. The girl at the window was not polite from the start then in the process of making the smoothie she dropped half of it. So then she put in back in the blender and just added ice to make up for it. I told her to please remake it and she said I can't that's our policy. I said then I would like my money back and she started mumbling. I asked for a manger and she said they will be back tomorrow and gave me my money back and proceeded to talk under her breath. I told her this isn't good service.

The workers are very rude especially one in particular she has darker colored hair. She spilled my entire smoothie put less than half back in blender then only added ice. I requested for her to remake it and she claimed she was not going to remake it then began cursing, even when ordering she did not tell us the final order total, and when we asked she rolled her eyes and answered in a very unprofessional tone. Everything about this encounter was unprofessional and horrible.

Very poor customer service.
You can't even add protein to your bowls... Only smoothies. Apparently it's a company policy with no exceptions.

Disgusting, rotten fruit, not edible, complete mush and the actual smoothie only fills 1/4 of the bowl. The phone is off the hook when you call and corporate doesn’t have a reachable phone number either. Will not be back. Complete waste of money! Whoever prepared this should be fired.

I was at the window waiting for my order and the weight was a ridiculous long time. It seems like she kept taking orders behind me and wouldn’t get to passing mines to me while I’m waiting at the window. There was only one person inside the store so it didn’t make sense why I had to wait so long.
