Very rude girls , no greeting, no smile. Watered down yogurt with pineapple juice and was told I couldn't add fruit. Completely devoid of any supposed mango flavor. I went home and doctored it up with my own fruit. $7.42 waste of time...yes service is unbelievably slow.

They offered a pup cup for my boy and it was 5-star! Not whipped cream- it was like a small cup of ice cream! He was thrilled, to say the least. The smoothies are great too.

Always great! Especially appreciated employee being so friendly and also reminding/offering me free upgrade 32 Oz for price of 20 Oz on Fridays! Everything is so expensive today, every little bit helps! Ty Caleb! Price is a limiting factor for my visits but I may come more often now.

I have been getting smoothies here for the past many months. Every week, I order enough to get me through the week and divide them up at home. I start each day with one of their smoothies and have lost over 50 pounds, so I am truly grateful to them! Now the rating...I gave a five star because although there have been a few snafus along the way, none have been reason enough to stop ordering. There was a couple weeks where one of there blenders must have been acting up, but with as much as I order, I figured I had dulled the blades. Haha, sorry. There are also times of inconsistency, but I suspect they struggle with staffing, just like every other small business after 2020, so I try to order earlier in the day, when more experienced staff is likely on the schedule. No big deal plus knowing you are supporting small business (franchise) is all the reason needed.

Thank you Smoothie King of Deland! You have truly changed my life! <3

It really sucks I got drive all the way to Sanford to get my smoothies made the correct way. Here's the deal morning crew there jobs safe for now & the afternoon crew oh yeah them boys are gone like needed to be out there like yesterday. You want the ultimate comedy show go in the afternoon with them immature boys who purposely make the smoothies bad on purpose so people don't want go that location. Trust me this place is rated low for a reason get a new afternoon crew trust me on this 1.

They must be understaffed as it takes almost 30 minutes to get your smoothie if
you go through drive through. That's with only 1 or 2 cars in line

I just don’t understand why making a smoothie that takes three minutes max is such a problem 10 minutes before closing, simple order. The store doesn’t close at 8:49 it closes at 9pm and I didnt even go inside. It was drive thru.

I’ve been here twice in the last month very slow service. I went an hour before close waited in line for 20 minutes and ordered and they said no bowls 40 minutes before close. Time before that I waited 45 for two bowls does this place have a manager ? There is so much potential but it is ran very bad

I ordered on the app for 10 minutes ahead. I arrived, waited forever in line. Got to the mic and told them I was here for my order. They said come to the window. Waited several more minutes to go to window. Got to window and had NO idea what order. Waited about five to ten minutes for them to even start making my order. All said and done, I ordered at 7:25pm and didn’t get my drink unit 7:58pm. That’s absolutely unacceptable!!!

Worst experience of my life.. told the employee a 20oz several times for her to make it a larger size I didn't request or want to pay for her to tell me she can't do refunds and come back.. I won't and I need my money now.. listen and repeat orders for accuracy. I wil never again come back..
