We eat here multiple times a week and enjoy the staff and atmosphere. We particularly enjoy talking to Connie and Sierra. A great experience. One of our favorite places. Pasta night is consistently awesome, thanks to Juan and Harold. We can always count on lively conversation and friendly service from Connie. You can always strike up a friendly conversation at the bar with patrons and staff.Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome here!

Our server Sierra was wonderful. Excellent service with a great smile. The food was another story. My wife ordered the eggs Benedict and they were the worst ever. Eggs were so over cooked almost hard boiled and the sauce was so watered down so there was zero flavor. My wife would not let me send it back so she just ate a little , very dissatisfied. Only six other customers so it wasn’t like they were rushed.

Been meaning to post this for awhile… Eaten here many times… no pics to post but will share good & bad from the many visits. Firstly, the servers/waitstaff are great, very attentive & friendly (with a smile too!)- never had any complaints! They’ve got an incredible chocolate peanut butter pie & key lime shortbread tart. Burgers & fries are usually delicious but rarely cooked to what you ask. The pasta night is dynamite- love the selections for the made-to-order dishes plus the portions are good for the price paid. There’s a good pimento cheese dip. The fish fry was very good too. The club sandwich is my favorite!! The salads are delicious with walnuts, cranberries, etc & the golf views are relaxing…The bad: many times (all times it seems)there’s an old lady who bartends (always the same one, short white bob haircut). She’s so rude & off-putting, not at all friendly & just comes off as too good to even serve… or she’s just a jerk, let’s say that. Multiple times I’ve had the unfortunate task of having to be awkwardly fussed at upon arrival when trying to walk in and get a table… down to not being able to handle her attitude while just sitting at the bar with my husband (we won’t sit there anymore due to her). I’m sad this one old lady ruins it but she really does bc even when we specifically avoid getting her for a table & we get a friendly server, this bartend lady (possibly the manager, who knows!) helps out the servers at times & she just is so nasty in how she interacts. Unfortunately, for us, we have decided too many bad interactions with her has finalized continuing to come here any longer. We won’t be back, sadly… No one wants rude service when dining out. Really makes for a yuck feeling!! Now if she leaves, or she’s put in the kitchen where she doesn’t get to [ruin] greet & serve up close we may come back!

Excellent service with a smile. The wings were amazing and so was the clam chowder. Our waitress Debi was very friendly and took great care of us. Will definitely be back.

Our waitress was awful. Never brought our guest's water or cup of ice, both my husband and I had to go to the bar to ask before the man behind the bar brought it. I had the Cobb salad and there was hardly any chicken, what was there was tiny dry cubes and barely any bacon. Very disappointed. My husband and our guest had prime rib and that was good. We had our 5 year old with us and were not offered anything like a crayon or her food out early. Our bill was just over $100. We will not go back.

Great food & service. Quiet atmosphere. Perfect place to have a quick bite in the afternoon. Or right after work for a quick drink. Stay for the smiles.

Got here at 7:30 tired and hungry, and was refused service. Because they closed at 8:00? Rude not nice!

Typical Florida eating establishment… minimum wage employees who are more concerned about getting out of work early..even though it was 7:30 and the prime dinner time on a Friday night. Honestly…who closes at 7:30 because “they want to start cleaning the kitchen up a little early so we can get home?” What happened to this place!??? This is WHY the establishment has changed ownership over ten times.

I love having Sparrows so close by but the food is hit and miss. Went for brunch and the pancakes our party ordered were very dense instead of light and fluffy. They were also one shade less than burnt. The omelette was so undercooked inside it was sent back. It needs to be much more consistent for us to return. Unfortunate as we love the staff.

We frequently visit Sparrow's and normally would rate the food very good to excellent. We decided to invite guests to join us on Friday night. Unfortunately, this visit was a disappointment. The mahi was dry and overly salted. The guest who ordered a medium steak received a well-done portion, and the guest who requested medium rare received a portion with almost no pink inside. The chicken tenders in the children's meal were also very well done. It was prime rib night, so maybe the kitchen was focused more on that than the other meals. Otherwise, the service was great, and the restaurant was clean and inviting, as usual. We will most likely stick with the special or a salad on our next visit.

My son and family were visiting and the five of us had Sunday brunch. An excellent meal where our choices included french toast, eggs Benedict, omelet, and a huge kids meal (eggs, bacon, pancakes). All were excellent and I especially liked my omelet that is easy to overcook. The adults had Mimosas that were included. Nice, somewhat upscale atmosphere and a great value - was less than $70 before tip. We went at 11am so could have selected from the lunch menu as well. Service was friendly and efficient.

Had a great breakfast this morning and my husband agrees. The pancakes and scrambled eggs were perfect, excellent bacon and sausage pattie. Our server Connie was great as always and with a cheerful smile
