So I ordered the same drink as I always do and the cold foam was very bubbly and not very good so I asked him to remake it, and the girl had a very big attitude. And then when she remade it, she completely didn’t acknowledge me, when I got my new drink I took a sip and it was completely rotten and tasted like spoiled milk so I had the manager refund me and they all had attitude. i’ve been going to the Starbucks for six months now and I’ve never had a pleasant experience with them. They always make the drinks wrong. I’ve worked as a barista before, so I understand how the drinks are made and they still can’t figure it out apparently. The only nice one was the drive-through girl

The barristas here are always wonderful . And the coffee is great always made exactly the way I like it.
It’s been a while since I was in bc the service was always less than good. I decided to give it another try. Bad idea. The oatmeal use to cone cooked. Just oatmeal in the bowl with toppings on the side. I would order a side of milk for my COOKED oatmeal. This time I ordered it with the milk on the side as before. Toppings were all extra!! The best part when I received my oatmeal it was uncooked in the cook with the hot milk on the side! Who serves raw oatmeal? Anytime I have ever ordered oatmeal with milk on the side from any restaurant the oatmeal has always been cooked!! Are these people seriously this stupid? They should not be allowed out of the house!! Now I know why I quit going to Starbucks.
I was over at the one a lil past the volusia mall & i was going to purchase a cup & it said that all the cups were 50%off & I was going to buy the cup & it rang 25+tax so i said "I thought that it was 50%off & the girl at the cash register said no but only if it ranged off but it didn't so i decided not to purchase the Starbucks cup,i was so devastated in thee end 😔.

My penguin cookie was slightly burned, coffee was full of ice and I was charged 10$ for 2 items that should've been only 8 dollars according to the app( small coffee and a butter cookie), also my coffee tasted old , did not taste fresh. I won't advise anyone to visit this one. So I paid 10$ for watered coffee and a burned cookie.
