Stupid. Won’t be doing business at this location again. Waited in a long line for the free holiday cup. Ordered my holiday drink online and no where did I see a message that says I wouldn’t qualify for the free cup if I change the syrup to sugar free. Needless to say they forced me to buy another drink to be able to get the cup. Way to treat your customers. I live right down the street and I will never give another dime to this location. Permanent customer lost.

I went in and decided to get my usual Carmel Ribbon Crunch with NO whipped cream extra crunch.Let me tell you this was my first time at this location and everyone there was so polite and also helpful.My cashier let me know the new promotions that was going on and also if I needed any help deciding what I wanted.Once,I told her what I wanted,they had my drink prepared and it was made with perfection nothing to complain about.I didnt have to tell them,I liked it thick and it was made that way.Way to go to the team at Starbucks in Deland.I will be back to see you soon. The cashier by the name of Lorrie will argue with you if you ask nicely for your drink to be mixed up. She’ll proceed to ask you 3x what you mean by “please have them mix the drink up” after handing it to you not stirred, then she’ll tell you she “hope your day gets better” like a smart alic. Not to mention the drink I paid to have caramel drizzle in didn’t have a drop of caramel in it. Assuming lorrie is new bc I frequent this location and have never seen her before. Disgusting customer service.

The place usually should work like a meeting point and coffee break with good WIFI coverage. So what do we have here … NO WIFI !! Always some problems with connection. Staff is working so noisily, like it’s a place where people should come and see the entertainment or show, at the same time, and it’s a request to all Starbucks - change the music, make it more just for background, nobody needs rock and beats when people come to make some work or have short meetings!
