Go ahead and do yourself a favor by driving to this shop instead of the fake Starbucks in North DeLand. Here you can get a tru-to-Starbucks hot coffee that is smooth and bold.

Keto considerations: I prefer the hot drip coffee with a splash of heavy cream. Under $3!

I went to this Starbucks for the first time to get some work done early this morning around 7/8 am. I never been to this location before, so I incorrectly tried ordering in a spot where I believed it was reserved for deliveries but could easily be mistaken as a spot to order at. The first person I talked to was some blonde young girl. She gave me this offended, unemotional death stare like I was creeping her out or something when I was simply trying to order a coffee. She literally looked at me like I was from another planet, almost like she was pissed off at me. It kind of put a very bad start to my day based on how rude she was. I tried reflecting on what I did wrong, but could not find a reason for why she made me feel so unwelcome during this encounter and while I stayed there. Of course the next person that walked in got a greeting and was treated like an actual human. Truly put me in a bad head space at the beginning of the day. I felt like she kept giving me bad looks while I was working too. Made me feel uncomfortable and offended

This location always gives me piles of ice in my drink without fail, and no drink. Even if I order it with light ice, 95 percent of the cup is filled with ice. This is ridiculous, and I get that the workers are in a time crunch, but I pay 7 dollars for a drink that’s barely drink. I honestly may just stop going to this location.

2 out of every 5 times I get a cup only half filled. Its not hard to give someone a full cup of coffee. They fill it with foam. Absolutely lazy and ridiculous

Brought my granddaughter to the South Deland location as she requested for a birthday treat. Sara went out of her way to make it special, and everything was yummy! It may seem like a small thing, but Sara made it seem like a big thing. Every time I've been there it's been a good experience.

Without a doubt the worst run Starbucks I have ever been in.

I ordered an iced drink,and a loaf, not warmed up.

I received a hot drink and a hot loaf, The staff couldn't have been ruder ,the girl tossed the snack at me and didn't say a word.

It's azing what a difference the staff can make. I'd probably never go back to Starbucks if the one wasn't so good that I live near, thankfully I don't live near this one ,I'll never have to go back,Id keep driving if you're in the area .

Accidentally, I ordered my coffee hot on the mobile app. Instead of iced for the new blonde coffee, when I went to go pick up, I didn't grab it. And I let her know if I can get it iced and I can pay for it, they didn't let me pay for it. The lady just looked at me upset. And pulled me to a spot, they rushed to get my coffee out. And it was just, watery, they forgot my cold foam, and it was disgusting people make mistakes. And I offered to pay for it, I should be treated kind.
