The experience was a bit inconsistent at first during the time of the grand opening but the current team has truly improved. As a daily customer, I’ve consistently received excellent service from especially from Emilee—her positive attitude and efficient delivery make every visit a pleasure.

Out of towners . Just needed a place to stop and plan the rest of our time in DeLand. Hadn't been to Starbucks in a while. Great informative staff, quick helpful service, needed decaf and a regular. Would say stop by if you're in the neighborhood.

Terrible customer service, nobody at the registrer make me wasted 15 minutes of my busy day, all employees ignoring the fact that nobody was taking orders, after all a really bad actitud tacking my order. I’m a big client of Starbucks world wide so far this location is the worst they need a big trainning time for customer services on the side note beverage was unflavored.

Had to notarize documents for a young lady. Nice atmosphere and after I ordered a carrot cake to go. It was delicious, as if they made it home made.Thankyou Starbucks.

The employees are very noisy (laughing and talking very loud) today and outside people are smoking; so think twice to come here for a nice place to drink a coffee and relax… also they are close inside on sundays (just have drive through).
Poor customer service . I ordered a tall hot white chocolate mocha that was delivered through door dash. When I received the coffee it was half full. I called Starbucks and spoke with Candace. She simply stated because it is a steamed drink this happens . I have gotten this drink at other Starbucks location and it’s never been a half of a cup just because it’s steamed. She told me there is nothing she can do about it. I told her it’s disappointing to receive a drink you paid $7 for and it’s half full. She hung up on me. It’s just drink but it’s the principle that people are spending their money at this location and they do not seem to care how they are servicing the customers .

Every morning becomes brighter once I get my coffee from this location, the staff is always so polite and professional, I drive an extra 20 minutes just to get my morning coffee from this location. I wish every Starbucks were as nice as this place, staff is extra polite.

I have been to too many Starbucks in FL and outside of FL. And this has been the most dissapointing one.
I read the reviews before heading over. And one customer said the drive thru has long lines. I got there, no line. Which I was happy, because every Starbucks i have been is always packed and long wait time.
At other establishments the employees are very knowledgeable. But this one is lacking. As well, all Starbucks establishments will ask you, how many pumps you want in your drink, how many shots of espresso you want, do you want whip cream or not, what type of milk, would you like straw or sip cup top, ice or what not....etc. this one did not. And it wasn't even busy at all. You would expect the service to be better than busier locations and take the time to ask questions on how you would like your oder, like the rest of the other Starbucks.
