“So I came in and realized that I ordered online to the wrong subway . I was extremely upset because I was heading to work and I couldn’t backtrack to the store that had already made my sub. The employee that was working there went up and beyond,and made my sub for me ,since I already paid on the app. She deserves recognition & a raise for doing this for me so I can eat before I go to work. “Absolutely satisfied with the customer service here today. I had been trying to get ahold of the woodland Blvd subway since 8am knowing we needed to place a large order to feed the guys packing and moving for us. After calling for over an hour and a half I drove there only to find a touch screen order which wasn’t ideal for the large order I needed to place. Called over to this subway at 2095 E. State Rd 44, Deland and the lady who I spoke with over the phone was soo helpful knowing it was short notice. I was able to pick up the food within the hour and keep everyone happy! Shout out to the girls who helped out at this location I wish I got their names! -Happy customer ?“
“I am impressed with how much better this store is now than previously. Everything was stocked, sandwiches made fast. One employee very friendly, the other was a little on the rude side. And the Italian herb and cheese bread was a little over cooked.“
