Hands down the most disgusting subway I have been to in my life with the worst customer service to boot!!!!! Every single time I have tried to order here it's some bs. This time I order, get a confirmation it will be ready at 3:25. I was charged the amount as well. I drive there to get it and she says she has no record of my order. Drive all the way home to get my phone so I can show her I did order and from this store. I open the app and it says "voided". Never did I receive any notification. I ask the girl how I get my money back. I got a "I don't know". Seriously? I don't know?! So I call around to other subways. I was told the only way it would be "voided" is if someone on her end did it. Do you just void subs you are too lazy to make?! The lady at the other subway tells me to never ever ever go to this location on 44 bc she has such a large amount of complaints. Lastly, I've seen several people complaining on the next door app how this location takes it upon themselves to add gratuity to your check without your permission. Stay away from this trash place

I went in to this location inside the back of K gas station in deland Fl. When my husband and I approached the counter Lakeisha and other employee moved to the back we thought it was to wash their hands we waited 3mins I asked if anyone was attending in front and with attitude said Im doing something when she finally approached with attitude was bothered in us requesting the cheese we wanted how we wanted it baked without tuna Lakeisha started getting arguementive manager Carla came out also with attitude asked what was going on when my husband started to tell her she interrupted when my husband asked her if he can finished speaking , she ordered Lakeisha to stop our order and told us to leave when we asked for their information with sarcasm and laughing gave their names and wrong store number they gave 7016. I have never seen such ghetto unethical uneducated employees starting from management down to employees. The manager must be related in some way to the owner for her to think she is above the law. Let me not even get started on the cleansing unsanitary look it had it’s a disgrace to all the other subways. I wouldn’t recommend this subway to anyone looks like they are running a roach motel. K gas should demand for them to close and clean area. If I could I would give a -5 not a one star is to high for these employees and establishment

Only two employees, one of which was in the back for 2/3 of the time we were there (35 minutes~) We waited 15 minutes to order then another 20 to have our food made. Area allocated to subway was hard to navigate and we could easily trip and fall.

Just stood at the counter for 5 minutes the older lady behind the counter never even turned around. July 1 2024 at 8am. She was doing something on her phone and computer. Going to wendys. Get your stuff together subway goin downhill quickly

I ordered the flbogo deal, photo below, steak and cheese, on app, they put 1 pinch of meat as u can see, it takes 20 minutes eat way to get to location. And they will not answer the phone, sandwiches all vegetables, i would like a refund or call back, but they will never andwer, this was gross and a waste of my money and time, how could you serve a steak sandwich with literally no meat???? Terrible!!!! Do better subway!!!
