Store was out of most ingredients.Store manager was unwilling to order more and would not allow staff to go to the public's next door to pick up tomatoes onions, they were out of almost everything

Bread is obviously smaller and meat and veggies are much less. Ordering on line is definitely out, since you can't watch the assembly --- and if you don't TIP, you get punished even more with attitudes from the staff. Been going there since it opened, ---

Well when you pay close to $15 for a subway sub and it’s not made right, I don’t believe you deserve over a 2 star rating. Also will never go back just because of that.

I recommend NOT ordering something from this location for delivery at night! I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to have 3 different meats and these lazy workers only put 1 of them on there. There is ALWAYS something wrong with my order whenever I order from this location at night thru the app. Definitely need new management to put these lazy workers in their place! I mean your making sandwiches.. how hard can that be?? Lol

Hands down the most disgusting subway I have been to in my life with the worst customer service to boot!!!!! Every single time I have tried to order here it's some bs. This time I order, get a confirmation it will be ready at 3:25. I was charged the amount as well. I drive there to get it and she says she has no record of my order. Drive all the way home to get my phone so I can show her I did order and from this store. I open the app and it says "voided". Never did I receive any notification. I ask the girl how I get my money back. I got a "I don't know". Seriously? I don't know?! So I call around to other subways. I was told the only way it would be "voided" is if someone on her end did it. Do you just void subs you are too lazy to make?! The lady at the other subway tells me to never ever ever go to this location on 44 bc she has such a large amount of complaints. Lastly, I've seen several people complaining on the next door app how this location takes it upon themselves to add gratuity to your check without your permission. Stay away from this trash place
