Was out of stuff which is fine but what isn’t excusable is the employee making out with her boyfriend over the counter while we waited to order 😂. Get it together.

The bread is always crumbly and stale, they were out of lettuce last time we went and it was early dinner time. Save your time and go up to the north DeLand location which is amazing. It's a night and day difference in locations.

So I haven't been to Subway in over 2 years because of the high price for low quality, someone was telling me that they got better so I thought I'd give them another try. Got two foot longs, still low quality the bread was stale crumbling apart it seemed like it was from yesterday, I literally choked my dinner down and then laughed told my wife two years wasn't long enough, she at half and threw the other half away.

Two people were there, the woman was nice, but the guy she was working with threw the food, took excessively long to make the sandwich, waited very long to take my order and toast the sandwich. I don’t mind waiting but he was purposely being rude, and it seemed he didn’t know what he was doing. The service was awful.
Service marked as 2 due to the fact Female employee kept leaving Male employee by himself to do 7 subs.
She kept having excuses to not to make subs and she actually left shop to out to a vechile.
We did get 2 free cookies.

So I walk in no other customers there and the person working says well it’s going to be a 15-20 min wait cause they have online orders I literally had 3 simple subs that I wanted toasted meatball subs with provolone nothing special she didn’t even bother to ask what I was going to order.. just rude you never push away walk in customers like she did! She was rude about it and then says have a good day sarcastic like wow!!! So very professional I suggest you look into better employees or managers I was in the food industry myself so the worst thing you can do is push away paying customers on line orders can wait that’s y they order on line they aren’t rushing it… I’ve never ever had any kind of issue at a subway until this experience I’m just mine blown about it!

very disappointed in my visit on 7/12/24 my sister and I got to the store around 9:14 stood in line for about 10 minutes to then be told she would not be making any more sandwiches. I completely understand needing to close early to be able to clean but that should have been stated when we first walked in not after we have been waiting there patiently. On the door it states they close at 10 pm and there was still 36 minutes left until closing time. I would have just liked the courtesy of knowing before standing there for awhile.

Extremely stingy with toppings, especially for delivery orders. Let the phone ring then take it off the hook. Hot inside the restaurant and not very friendly. I routinely spend between $40 and $60 here. No more.

Well if you like Hairy subs give it a good rate not to mention my wife just told me yesterday that their soda machine was all moldy on the back side and When she filled up her drink she could tease how moldy it was. Go to orange City it's much better and way cleaner!

The employees seemed to have an off day. All the tables were dirty and my grandfather asked politely if they had a rag so we can clean off a few tables to put together for our group and the employee said “there are other tables you can sit at” when all the tables were dirty so we just wiped it with napkins. Customer service was just off and not very polite.
