Got two $7 lux boxes and there was no cinnamon on the cinnamon twist my chalupa was cold in the hard shell taco for the taco was still not to mention that they put nothing in a box and just threw everything in a bag and literally threw it in there my second chalupa was open at the bottom of the bag all of the tomatoes falling out and let us falling out terrible taco bell branch this place needs to be remanaged

Worst customer experience. This was a dine in experience. Have to order from kiosk. Then for special request you have to get someone’s attention and that’s not easy since they ignore the front. No ice in the ice machine yet they give you a cup with no ice. Once again you have to try to get someone’s attention for I’ve from the back. Not going back here.

Writing this as i have been sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes. I have said hello just about every 10 min. The second time i said hello the response was “we pretty backed up right now we will take ur order in a little bit” So very unacceptable and unprofessional. This is a fast food drive thru. it is 7:00. And nobody else in front of me in the drive through whatsoever.
