Food is already right but, especially in the afternoons, the drive thru wait is the worst. I always mobile orders. Today the car in front of me waiting ten minutes to have their order taken. Only one car in front of them at the window. I had to wait five minutes at the speaker, and again, already ordered online. I've been here 20 minutes at this point. Car in front STILL waiting on their $10 order. Idk if they need more staff or what but 20 minutes for a $10 order, and just as long waiting on a pre placed order is insane. I feel guilty ordering at this point. Or at least fix the drive thru so we can escape. I rather throw away my $5 order than wait that long but the drive thru has a barricade and I'm not trying to ruin my car

Horrible experience— ordered delivery through the Taco bell app however, no driver picked up the food 45 minutes after it was ready. Also, the driver (being nice) requested for them to redo the order BUT they refused. AND, the “diet” drinks were not diet(this is dangerous for a diabetic person). Lastly, the order was not only cold but some items were missing. Stay away from the location/Taco bell.

The food conforms to TB norms. The atmosphere is typical for Taco Bells, but the service, as relates to quality control and attention to detail is lacking at this location. I reluctantly return here even though my to go orders are missing items or otherwise incorrect more than 50% of the time.

Seems like when we go to this Taco Bell they have the music blasting. It's so loud that you can't even talk amongst your table. We have been there a couple of times with friends who have young kids, and the music was not appropriate. Rap music with all the curse words blasting. Even if you don't have young kids most older don't want to hear that either. I am in disbelief that the manager lets this go on!

Ordered 2 number 1s 3 taco supremes and soda. $17.02 girls were hungry needed something quick. As we were eating we noticed they did not have tomatoes or sour cream. I went back with the 2.uneaten tacos to show how tge order was wrong but the guy inside said he cant do anything about the ones we.already ate. So he took back tge back with the 2 tacos and handed me back 3 redone taco supreme. Whatever happen to cuatomer staisfaction. I paid for 6 supremes and got 3 and the fact that they qould have trown away the uneaten tacos anyway would have gone a long way in making it worth even going back. I wont be going back...thsae fast food joints need to wake up. Its already way overpriced crappy food. The least they could is make it right qhen the screw up!

If you accidentally get into the drice thru lane you must go through thr whole drive thru and get stuck behind anybody already in it. Employees were nice and fast when wnet inside.
