By far one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had. I don't normally get to eat southern cooking away from home during college, but it's so close to campus, reasonably priced, and enjoyable! The staff and owner are extremely friendly, too!

Everything is real food, home cooked and not from a can.

I am very upset. The meal was not cheap. I hoping the food was going to be good but nope bake macaroni & cheese Don’t have no season not even a pinch of salt. The noodles is very soggy. The meatloaf have pink in it the only thing that was good/okay the cabbage and yellow rice.

The meatloaf here is delicious as well as all the fixins. It's not the red ketchup type, it's traditional meatloaf. Smothered pork chop is my 2nd favorite. Large portions and all of it is homemade. Shrimp are large but could have a few more I think it was 6 total in the shrimp and fries meal. My only consistent gripe is the lack of updated menus available online. I understand they change the menu frequently, as a customer it would be nice to know what the current menu is for that day of the week each day. I've made multiple trips just to find out they don't have the item that's on the most recent menu available online. Desserts are also very good, especially the peach cobbler.
