This place sucks ever since Patrick left, waited an hour to be treated awfully. Will not be back, i’m going wherever Patrick works from now on.

I went there this past week with my mom for lunch and it was amazin!. Between Steven and Manny attending to us, they were amazing and made us laugh and provided the greatest service!!! We knew as soon as we walked in that we were gonna enjoy our meal and have the best energy!! We’re definitely going back!!! Btw Steven with the blond hair and blue eyes speaks great Spanish!!?

We had a great experience here because of Stephen! Stephen came to our table numerous times to apologize for the delay in getting our food. Once it came, it was delicious! This place has great energy because of their wonderful staff! Thank you!

Little known gem in Downtown DeLand. Had the Chicken and bowtie pesto, and it was phenomenal! Very friendly staff.Kid-friendliness: My 10-y.o. wanted the chicken and waffles we saw online, but that's only served during Sunday brunch. So, he got the chicken wings and sweet potato chips. He loved the wings, but not the chips, but he's a VERY picky eater.

Waited 15 mins and nobody took our order. Only 3 groups there in a super empty restaurant and the servers went to the other tables multiple times. Been here a few times before but not anymore. I can see why nobody is there on a Saturday at 6:00

Bathrooms smelled like urine with sticky floors. Old veggies served with hummus that had no flavor. Service came with an attitude. Salad was good.

We were very happy with our first visit to TPO. It was couch time, and I had the steak sandwich with onions, plantains, aioli, and chimichurri, and my wife had the flatbread with shrimp, pineapple pico, hot sauce, bacon and scallions. The food was delicious, and the service was very friendly and efficient. We only get to Deland maybe once a year, but you can bet we’ll be back to TPO!

The food was not great, not worth the price. Burnt fries, rubber wings, and flavor were bland.

Tried this place for the first time and almost left were it not for the great attitude and service given by Stephen. He gave great and detailed recommendations on the food and drinks. Loved that ground beef patty melt. Will definitely repeat!

Stopped in on a Monday night at 7:30. Plenty of open tables, ordered within 10 mins, had drinks, finished them. 30 mins goes by, 45…I asked about the food and was told “soon” …an hour passes—we are exhausted at this point after trying to converse over the extra loud music….eventually over an our later we got our two sandwiches. They were pretty decent but not with an hour wait. Fries seemed homemade and were good. But the wait was absurd. We were told a sob story that there was only one guy in the kitchen and they aren’t usually busy on this night. Waitress/bartender said she “felt so bad” and we were very sympathetic, knowing that that stuff happens. Out of curiosity I read the reviews and see that others have waiting an hour+ for food so now I just question whether they are mismanaged. You can’t be a restaurant and stay in business long if you can’t serve food within a reasonable amount of time. Also, bathrooms were pretty gross. Though we got a lot of apologies, nothing was comped and I wished we’d gone somewhere else.

*Edit 3/7/24*I don’t think I’ve ever left two reviews for a place especially this close together but we stopped in again today and had an equally wonderful experience with Stephen (with a PH!) so I had to. He was just a joy. We unfortunately didn’t try much new in the way of food, we got the pub chips again which were great again, and the margarita pizza, +add chicken which Stephen suggested and was also delicious. Just all around great experiences here especially with the staff, you guys really have some keepers for sure.Stopped in today around 3 and had such a wonderful experience. Our server Quin was awesome, super friendly and also made our drinks PERFECT! The loaded pub chips were also perfect, no other way to put it. Will definitely be back for full entrees soon!
