Horrible. All the workers were sitting around doing nothing. Tried to order fries they were out. Ordered nachos instead, along with mozerella sticks, Sierra Mist, and a Milkshake. Sierra Mist syrup was out and it tasted awful. Took it back and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. the nachos were cold. 30 minutes later I’m still waiting for mozerella sticks and they refused to refund the mozerella sticks we never got. Such a waste of money. Hope this place goes out of business. The management sucks and the workers are all so rude.

I had a frozen Pina colada while waiting for my order that was very tasty. The wings were amazing and the honey OJ sauce a perfect match! The fries needed an other 5 - 10 minutes in the Fryer. No one likes limp fries. The banana pudding cake was the bomb. I will get take out from there aging with ordering well cooked fries. The staff was very kind and the order came quickly.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Extremely disappointed in the management tonight! Bowl every week and many order food from the restaurant. Tonight they Straight Up Fired the one Young Employee who was only 17 years old for a small mistake that caused no one any harm. A simple thing we have all done ourselves. Lack of proper training. I will never order another thing from here, and I am certain this young hard working girl will find a better opportunity that will value her!

The OG Honey Buffalo wings were fantastic!! The atmosphere is good. The staff was eager to help me. My son and I get takeout here pretty often. The food has an original taste that keeps us coming back. Glad they are here and hope they never leave.

The one man they had working in the entire restaurant was very nice. This one man had to wait tables, cook and cashier, so service is slow. I know that they are trying to change things. However, only one employing trying to do everything is not going to impress customers. If I read reviews that they are better staffed, I might try them again sometime.

Food was good, but on a Saturday, they had ONE waitress to work the register & wait on everyone in the entire restaurant, including a pass through window to the Bowling Alley, within the same building. Over an hour to take our order & another 1/2 an hour to finally get served. Several couples just gave up & left. The Manager needs to find a job he knows how to do....

Today was wonderful. My past visit was very disheartening and I wasn't gonna come again but I was talked into it. I came in early in the morning on a Tuesday, sat down and was greeted by a very polite and cheerful waitress. I was served quickly and was already eating my wonderful meal less than 10 minutes later. I thanked the server and cook for their wonderful job as I left.

Would have loved to stop there to eat, but the only sign is on the building and drove right by and missed it.

I had an A1 burger that was out of this world. Due to food restrictions I asked for it without a bun and with mozzarella cheese. Both the server Kahlil and the cook/chef Kurt were happy to accommodate and it was served on lettuce. The burger was cooked to perfection as well the onions and mushrooms served on top. The side salad with vinegrett dressing was also amazing. Will definitely be back.

Think about the things that are touched and not sanitized at bowling alleys. Hundreds of people coming and going, holding bowling balls from the person before them, and shoes that are sprayed with disinfectant. Look, we all know about this at bowling alleys. It's nothing new. It's a dirty place. My problem with this particular Johnny Rocket's is that it is attached to a bowling alley. Our experience was so bad we literally walked out without eating a bite. Why? When we got there, there seemed to be some sort of problem because the server saw us come in, but didn't come over to take our drink order, let alone greet us, for about 4-5 minutes. (There was one group across the diner that was waiting to get their cards back from the server, and one couple that was eating their meals. The server shouldn't have been too busy for us). That, however, wasn't the part that set us off. Remember, all those people coming and going, all the parties, people possibly not washing their hands after going to the restroom and using the public bowling balls, you can imagine. As we sat there, waiting, an order comes in and the cook takes a bowl of wings out to the bowling alley and returns. And after the cook returns from opening the door and starts cooking again. That's when we realized she was making our burgers. The problem is, as a serve safe certified, culinary graduate, you notice when the staff does, and does not wash their hands, most of all in the kitchen. This cook put our patties on the griddle to make our burgers without washing her hands after returning from delivering the wings she tossed by hand. (Gloves aren't a substitute for hand washing, no matter how many times you change them). We left immediately, and will never return unless the place is staffed, clean, and payment systems working. Oh yeah, all those things were nonexistent too. This place is worse than a waffle house; at least the counters are clean there. We wouldn't eat here if we were paid.
