Service was average at best. Food was good and about what you would expect for the price. The noise level was high. Only about half full but hard to carry on a conversation with the person next to you.
I ordered the fried chicken which was very good. My wife had the sea scallops with quinoa and sunchoke puree and said she is still thinking about it two days later it was so good. Our waiter was really great despite serving double-duty as bartender also. He even comped our drinks after he got busy at the bar and couldn't check on us for a bit. Excelllent and huge Pot Pie and the guest had Chicken Caesar salad. A man brought me in the back way to to THE TABLE because I was late for lunch. They are changing out furniture. Excellent restaurant they said in the review on the 2nd floor but it really is street level. We sat by the window to watch people going by. The downstairs bar are is undergoing renovation.
