Sipped some coldbrew to make room for cream, then the taste made me realize that I didn't need the cream! Been a while since I had coffee that was so good I didn't need creamers

One of the top vanilla lattes I’ve ever had, in the top 5 for sure. They don’t ruin it by adding too much syrup like so many other places. It’s the perfect balance. The guy at the counter was super polite and the service was fast even tho the church crowd was rolling in. No frills- nailed it.

Great place, very warming and peaceful atmosphere. Along with some great coffee, for a great price. Let's not forget the great location in downtown deland, incase you feel like doing a little exploring in our great town of Deland.

It’s a nice coffee shop and has good vibes but they are not the place to go if you drink iced items. I ordered an iced latte and I watch the person on bar make the drink and saw them froth the milk. So my ICED drink had HOT milk and the HOT espresso being poured over the ice which just melted the iced and made the drink taste watered down. It looks from the pictures and my experience that this is the common practice there since most drinks have the foam at the top of the iced espresso drink meaning the milk was heated. This place is a good cafe with quality espresso and apparent skill, but if you want an iced espresso drink, at least in my experience, go somewhere else.

I hadn’t been able to drink coffee in over eight years. My palate had changed drastically—I became extremely sensitive to flavors and could suddenly detect every individual note and ingredient. I tried dozens of brands, switched coffee makers, experimented with different waters—nothing helped. Every cup tasted burnt, bitter, and undrinkable. This was also my experience with coffee shops and restaurants.

Then I discovered Trilogy.

Their coffee is the only one I can truly enjoy. It’s smooth, never bitter, and full of rich, balanced flavor. Their cappuccinos—hot or iced—are incredibly creamy and delicious, easily the best I’ve ever had.

When we lived in DeLand, my daughters loved spending time there, sketching, sipping coffee, and meeting up with friends. Even though I’ve since moved away, every visit back begins with a stop at Trilogy.
