The sausage gravy here is close to the best I’ve ever had. Just be advised, if you come for breakfast….for some reason food always takes an oddly long time to get. Even when it isn’t busy at all.
Had a honey oat latte and some oatmeal with coconut milk and it was very delish.
Went in with my kiddos for the first time.
Good options on coffee and food!
Quick service even with a full space of customers.
Thank you so much!
Great breakfast sandwich and fresh fruit
I waited 35 minutes for my food and the food was over priced and I was not impressed with the taste or quality of the food. I will never go back again.
Super cute! & didn’t even know it was there love this place
Did not disappoint. Has the same vibe as trilogy coffee but with food! Good food too! More lighter fares but delicious.
Amazing food, coffee and service. I think I have a new favorite breakfast restaurant!
Lunch with Aunt Shari is what I am calling these now. Lol. The food delivers what it promises, fresh!!! I had the Breakfast burrito and Aunt Shari had the avacado toast with heirloom tomatoes and cilantro. Yummy!! In fact when I took a bite of my burrito I said out load, Man, that is good. No processed powdered premade eggs here, just Fresh and cooked right there. When you go make sure you say hi to the lovely Elizabeth, who has been working there for over a year and her smile makes you feel welcome. Perfect place to pull up a seat and chat with friends or open the lap top and finish your work.
I had THE best experience today at Trilogy Kitchen. I’m usually a downtown Trilogy regular, but TK was closer to work so I stopped in for my usual cold brew and avocado toast for my boss and I. I was in a bit of a time crunch and they weren’t quite ready yet. The barista offered to bring me and my boss our food to work because he didn’t want me to be late. I told him no and that it would be okay if I was late, but he insisted. Mind you I work .5 miles from TK, but he showed up at DeLand Pilates with two fresh avocado toasts. WHAT A GUY! Made my day as he went out of his way to keep me from stressing. 10/10. Will always return. I wish I knew his name, but my boss said she calls him Pink Hat Guy! Thank you Pink Hat Guy!!!! (Clay, Michelle, please don’t yell at him if this is against the rules 🤣)

Service was very slow, took awhile to get our order. Ordered biscuits and gravy, the biscuits were hard and the gravy had a floury consistency, terrible. The fruit cup was fresh and tasted good. Club sandwich was cold, told the cook and they said they would get me a fresh one. I took it to go to eat on my way home, not a new sandwich as the bread was torn in the same place of the one I sent back. Ordered a latte, it was very good. I would not recommend this restaurant.

The breakfast burrito was so good I thought about turning around to buy another one. If I didn't have work to do I absolutely would have bought a second one. The service, amazing! Definitely going back! 10/10!

The counter person was very knowledgeable and substituted to make a vegan sandwich and hash. Sweet Potato Hash already comes with vegan meat and cheese. They also have vegan sausage as a side which they are happy to make a breakfast sandwich out of. Great coffee too! Updated from previous review on 2024-10-05
