I had THE best experience today at Trilogy Kitchen. I’m usually a downtown Trilogy regular, but TK was closer to work so I stopped in for my usual cold brew and avocado toast for my boss and I. I was in a bit of a time crunch and they weren’t quite ready yet. The barista offered to bring me and my boss our food to work because he didn’t want me to be late. I told him no and that it would be okay if I was late, but he insisted. Mind you I work .5 miles from TK, but he showed up at DeLand Pilates with two fresh avocado toasts. WHAT A GUY! Made my day as he went out of his way to keep me from stressing. 10/10. Will always return. I wish I knew his name, but my boss said she calls him Pink Hat Guy! Thank you Pink Hat Guy!!!! (Clay, Michelle, please don’t yell at him if this is against the rules 🤣)
This place is so good, fresh ingredients, friendly staff, drinks are made in front of your eyes, food was delicious and fresh, familiar environment, definitely recommended?

One of the best breakfast spots in Deland! Don’t miss it. The friendly and helpful staff are a huge bonus!

Service was very slow, took awhile to get our order. Ordered biscuits and gravy, the biscuits were hard and the gravy had a floury consistency, terrible. The fruit cup was fresh and tasted good. Club sandwich was cold, told the cook and they said they would get me a fresh one. I took it to go to eat on my way home, not a new sandwich as the bread was torn in the same place of the one I sent back. Ordered a latte, it was very good. I would not recommend this restaurant.

The breakfast burrito was so good I thought about turning around to buy another one. If I didn't have work to do I absolutely would have bought a second one. The service, amazing! Definitely going back! 10/10!

The counter person was very knowledgeable and substituted to make a vegan sandwich and hash. Sweet Potato Hash already comes with vegan meat and cheese. They also have vegan sausage as a side which they are happy to make a breakfast sandwich out of. Great coffee too! Updated from previous review on 2024-10-05
Went here with my friend Christine on Sunday for breakfast before we did our shopping. Wow! As soon as we walked in we smelled the fresh coffee beans and coffee machines busy at work. Coffee is exceptionally good. Our sausage Egg and cheese was on a scrumptious soft sourdough roll. We both enjoyed very much ! We will back
Such a GREAT Resturant. It's more of a diner, style. Small indoors and the building on the outside is very unassuming, and doesn't do the food justice, truly a gem!
The food is visibly fresh and tastes Amazing, staff is excellent, pleasant and courteous.
Let me tell you, I was unsure about the Cayenne pepper being in the maple syrup of their Chicken Biscuit, but it's just a touch of Cayenne, and it tasted AMAZING, again, I would normally never want to eat such a thing, but that tasted Faboulous. Like a true Ratatouille moment!
Egg sandwich was also great, I believe they put some kind of herb in the biscuit, and it tasted great as well!
Excellent food and pretty cheap Cafe drinks, great place for breakfast!
A must go if you're in the area!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Absolutely the BEST coffee I have had. And the food…. ? Heavenly! I have had biscuits and gravy and the pancakes that come with a lot of fresh fruit on the side. And I added bacon. YUM! Go for breakfast, brunch or lunch, I promise it will become your new favorite place. And as a bonus if you like kitties they have some adorable ones for adoption next door. Or just to pat and get your kitty fix. You won ‘t be sorry!

All the staff is great, coffee fantastic and great food. I hope they bring back the huevos rancheros dish they had for breakfast but they have a lot of good options to choose from and the different types biscuits they have are great!
Vegetarian options: I don't think it's clearly disclosed on the menu but any of the dishes that are disclosed with a certain type of meat, except for the gravy, can be swapped out for the vegetarian sausage patties for breakfast.

Trilogy Kitchen has been loosing their touch on product quality. Chicken biscuits are lately lacking quality on its chicken. BISCUIT IS AMAZING but chicken is smaller than McDonald’s chicken and looks like they cook it in OLD FRYING OIL the crust is VERY DARK BROWN. I let the first one pass but this is now the second time. About 2 months ago I had one that was THE BEST in FLORIDA, I will Guess is a kitchen management issue. Because I have seen and ordered other AMAZING plates. -Aby-

Great people… the good however was bland, stale and tasted microwaved. Was expecting a down to earth greasy spoon, got weird imitation food
