I had THE best experience today at Trilogy Kitchen. I’m usually a downtown Trilogy regular, but TK was closer to work so I stopped in for my usual cold brew and avocado toast for my boss and I. I was in a bit of a time crunch and they weren’t quite ready yet. The barista offered to bring me and my boss our food to work because he didn’t want me to be late. The breakfast burrito was so good I thought about turning around to buy another one. If I didn't have work to do I absolutely would have bought a second one. The service, amazing! Definitely going back! 10/10!
The counter person was very knowledgeable and substituted to make a vegan sandwich and hash.
Sweet Potato Hash already comes with vegan meat and cheese.
They also have vegan sausage as a side which they are happy to make a breakfast sandwich out of.
Great coffee too!
