Honestly, the service was not the best, I had to wait about 10 minutes to make my order and the worst I received my cold food completely, as if I were in a fridge and it was not what I asked for.

Very disappointed! Got a spicy chicken sandwich meal with fries, cheese sauce and a sprite. My fries were cold, my chicken sandwich was also cold and just had shredded lettuce and pickles on it. The sandwich doesn't even come with pickles nor does it come with shredded lettuce it comes with regular Iettuce not shredded. Then they tried to just give me my sandwich and fries without the drink and cheese sauce I ordered. I hate to say it but the cheese sauce was the best part of the order. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

I dont know why I keep.coming here, the burgers are always awful. Hot, mushy tomato, barely any lettuce or onions. The burger is always half off the bun and there are always more condiments on the inside of the wrapper than on the bun. Its NOT that hard to do your job. I'm more surprised when my good is decent that when its not. DO BETTER WENDY'S!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I wish there was an option to give -10..

Literally leaving the drive thru reached in my bag for a hot french fry and the were cold. My burger was cold ..I was shocked because I didn't even leave the parking lot yet... wasn't going to be late for my appointment 😞

The staff at the drive-thru were quite rude. The person taking orders seemed uninterested and acted like she didn’t want to be there. It really affected the overall experience. I hope the management can address this and remind the team about the importance of good customer service.

Ordered here today and the girl at the window was absolutely terrible to me and my father: he kindly asked her to repeat her question and she started yelling into the mic rudely- which mind you, also needs fixed. I understand that you might have had a terrible day but you shouldn’t take it out on the costumers: that is how you lose your business. If you can’t regulate your emotions; go to a therapist, and if you cant go to a therapist: practice how to be a better person at home. Theirs no need to be a hateful person- I hope that girl finds a way to love herself.

Came in 10 pm on 9/20/2025 ordered the same thing I always order (10 piece spicy chicken nuggets). The lady at the drive through gives me regular nuggets hoping I wouldn’t check but I did since they tried that with me before. Then she claims it’s what I asked for instead of apologizing. She proceeds to have me wait. I must have waited 15 minutes for 10 nuggets and she comes out with a smirk on her face and says she is sorry for the wait. Don’t worry there are plenty of places that need my money.
Came in at 10pm on 8/8 and the cashier missed over half of our order at the speaker, then when we got to the window she waited until after she took out money to tell us they were out of over half the food, which at 10pm on a Friday is unacceptable to not have chicken or vanilla frosty. There was no offer to make things better and the staff seemed to be complaining about us while we were at the window. Will be taking my business to your competitors after this

My son is allergic to cheese and it has been everytime they do not male it plain.i even call the store just to make sure and they still put cheese and ketchup on his burger.just crazy.even when I uber eat they make his burger regular...like can yall read!!! Not to mention they always running out of bake potatoes at night...ALWAYS and they never answer the phone just so they dont have to talk to customers...the worse wensys In deland!!!!!

Dirty place. Soiled tables. Unfriendly workers. Horrible sloppy made hamburgers. No WiFi when they advertise it. Nobody willing to help when asked. I have loved going to Wendys, but not after today. I may never go back again after this experience.
