Came in at 10pm on 8/8 and the cashier missed over half of our order at the speaker, then when we got to the window she waited until after she took out money to tell us they were out of over half the food, which at 10pm on a Friday is unacceptable to not have chicken or vanilla frosty. There was no offer to make things better and the staff seemed to be complaining about us while we were at the window. Will be taking my business to your competitors after this

My son is allergic to cheese and it has been everytime they do not male it plain.i even call the store just to make sure and they still put cheese and ketchup on his burger.just crazy.even when I uber eat they make his burger regular...like can yall read!!! Not to mention they always running out of bake potatoes at night...ALWAYS and they never answer the phone just so they dont have to talk to customers...the worse wensys In deland!!!!!

Dirty place. Soiled tables. Unfriendly workers. Horrible sloppy made hamburgers. No WiFi when they advertise it. Nobody willing to help when asked. I have loved going to Wendys, but not after today. I may never go back again after this experience.

Hi I literally just ordered a baconator meal and I put $1,000 on it that my bread on that sandwich and was weeks old… it was so hard and the meat seemed so old an dry, I had to go to work so I couldn’t go back but man, why would you guys serve that, that’s not right at all…. It was a waste, would really lie a refund or to speak with someone about this issue

Ordered online, Never got my food, so I can't review the food. Employees were milling around like they were standing in front of a 7/eleven asking for money. They thought it was funny that they never made my food. Got in touch with corporate, they said they'd take care of it. Got a contact # for a regional(?) mgr, they called once, but never returned any call afterward. I made 4 attempts to call and text. 2 years later I never went back to Wendy's. They've lost a regular customer due to this and having a feral crew in the store

So I was told to move my car because it was in employee parking and nowhere does it say that it's employee parking only. The young little teenage employee just didn't want me to park next to his little car. Rude.

Had to wait to be served at the drive through, the hamburger was over cooked, the bun was hard and stale, the fries were greasy and tasted funny, the drive through window was filthy, and looked moldy. I don't think I will be going back.

Was picking up a order for a customer Caucasian guy at the counter needs an attitude adjustment when fixing and handling peoples food if you gone come to work acting like a dick you should stay at home this was around 7:45pm on 06/06/2025 guy at the front counter on shift at the time of the delivery pickup come to work with a more positive attitude and friendly customer service or stay at home
Received my food super cold and my daughter as well Had a very cold burger. Seems like they just allow food to sit there for a while until they decide to sell it. That’s not a good view, especially when they’re supposed to make it fresh from the start.
