Food was not prepared as I ordered. I wanted my sauce on the side so the wings didn't get soggy on the way home and she wanted to charge an extra $1.69. I tried explaining I wasn't ordering extra sauce but she wouldn't budge and had an attitude. I will never eat there again.

As of 07/9/24 I don’t normally do takeout but Waste of $25. Food was terrible. Did not taste good at all. Fries were burnt and soggy of oil, barely seasoned. I ordered 10piece 2 flavors: lemon pepper wings were salty and dripping oil, the mango habanero i was hoping it would taste better but no flavor. Just bland with sauce poured over it. The worst experience with wings I ever had. My order was so bad. I really don’t know how you can mess up wings and fries. I read few reviews and I should have just left it alone.I see why. The coke was the only thing appetizing.

Whenever I place an order online, they have it done fast hot, fresh, and accurate!! Honestly, one of the best WINGSTOP locations I've had and I'm so thankful there's one here in deland now.

Place an order to go to be ready at 11:15pm cashier lady told me it would be another 10 minutes. Waited about 20 minutes people came and got their food. Wondering if they were skipping me on purpose.
