Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Portions were small we even added stuff to our meal why even pay extra when they are giving you a thimble of cheese and sauce never coming back anyways it gave my husband very bad food poisoning

not only was the lady who took my order rude but there was a ROACH in my coleslaw. last 2 times i’ve been there’s been a issue time before i was givin the wrong order and now a roach! unacceptable and absolutely disgusting

I stopped at Xaxby’s for the first time in about a year. The chicken sandwich was not even edible. A dried out leather like piece of, what I assume must’ve been chicken at one point, went straight to the trash after one bite. The fries were boring and flavorless, and the milkshake had a weird flavor to it. I just tossed it all in the trash. An inedible waste of money.

First time eating Zaxby. Ordered VIA app to take advantage of free 5 finger promo. Got chicken fingers, fries, toast and grilled cheese. Chicken fingers better than expected 7/10. The fries were way better than expected with their seasoning 8/10. The toast was decent 6/10 and grilled cheese 6/10. 5 stars for ordering being ready upon promised pick up time, everything was hot and better than expected for fast food. Will try again.

I spent $150 on a small catering order. The order was ready on time. I picked it up and went to my event. Upon set up, I realized there was no sauce for the chicken. I called and spoke to the manager who said he forgot the sauce and there was nothing he could do for me. Terrible customer service! This location has really gone down hill.

Probably won't go back. This review is strictly about their salad. Threw out almost half.

Ordered 3 chicken bacon ranch fries and what a ripoff! Between the 3 meals there was 1 and half stripes of bacon and at most 4 chicken fingers for $30. Basically I spent $25 for seasoned fries!

Kind of dirty, I waited 20 minutes for fried cheese bites only for a guy to pull it out of a bin. And throw it in a container.
It shouldn't have taken twenty minutes if that's all it was. Twenty-eight dollars for a salad fried cheese bites, and a large drink is a little much

What’s the point of ordering online if the order is going to take about 15 extra minutes just to get sent to the store when I ordered 10 minutes ahead. Then half of the order was missing inside the seal bag . Lucky I checked it before leaving. Then when I asked for I was missing I got attitude and still got it wrong what I was missing from the receipt I showed. I just left the store. Got home and one of the sandwiches was not made the way I requested. Useless and incompetent service and people. First and last time I go to this place.
