Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I placed an order the evening of 11/5 for a Cobb salad, my salad was thrown together, I’ve noticed if an order is placed via DoorDash or 3rd party the staff seems to just not care about the prep, presentation or service standard. My order was missing ingredients, lettuce was wilted etc. it’s such a shame

The food is delicious but the front facing is a bunch of impolite kids. Probably won't go back id rather eat mediocre food and a pleasant attitude.

Paid 30.00 for 2 4 piece tender meals. Tenders are TINY!!! 2 tenders equal 1. Will NEVER eat here again!!!!

The food is great here but the employees act like they’re dumb!!! I’ve gone there many different times and it’s like they don’t understand English or something if someone asks for extra everything why would u shower their food with ONLY sauces instead giving them what their paying for I’ve told them multiple times and it’s like they freeze up or have to think real hard about it and it’s not that hard just throw my extra fries bacon and chicken in there I’m paying for it no?

Everytime I order boneless wings they taste stale, are hard as a rock, and are barely tossed in sauce, so I’d avoid ordering those.
Whenever we have order dine-in our food is often made wrong. We don’t order any crazy customizations but they’ll charge us for cheese and bacon and leave it off. It’s happened multiple times.
I am giving 2 stars though because their salads are always fresh and taste great same with their sweet tea.
I just wish they weren’t so careless about the preparation of their food

I Cannot stress this enough! I have NOT ONE SINGLE TIME gotten what i paid for from this place. The one is Sandford is almost just as terrible. It's sad how many times I've had to come inside to fix an item let alone have it wrong a second time around just to force the manager to make it by themselves a third time. I understand nothing is perfect but when i worked in restaurants the only time i had a send back was if they changed their minds. The manager should not have to hold everyone's hands to make a meal!!!!!!!.

I DECIDED TO GIVE THIS PLACE A NEW GO 4 YEARS LATER AND IT HAS GOTTEN EVEN WORSE!!!! SOMEONE REACH OUT TO ME ON THIS SERIOUSLY WE HAVE A MAJOR ISSUE.

Ordered a 10 piece boneless wing entree with tongue torch for the sauce. They were barely tossed in sauce, and they were hard like they’d been leftover for days. They were not edible.

My experience was VERY unpleasant. When i was waiting for my food i had to hear one of the employees talking bad about other employees! I didn’t catch his name but he had a neck tattoo. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional behavior and should be looked into. The things he was saying was rude and disrespectful.

I just moved to Florida and this was my first experience at a Zaxby’s, the people are very nice. The food is good, the restaurant is clean. Will definitely come back.
