First time eating Zaxby. Ordered VIA app to take advantage of free 5 finger promo. Got chicken fingers, fries, toast and grilled cheese. Chicken fingers better than expected 7/10. The fries were way better than expected with their seasoning 8/10. The toast was decent 6/10 and grilled cheese 6/10. 5 stars for ordering being ready upon promised pick up time, everything was hot and better than expected for fast food. Will try again.
First time at this restaurant and we Ordered the surf n turf and got home but didn’t receive the turf! Called the store and Rob made it right. By then the rest of our food was cold. Not too impressed.
