The place is clean and location is great but it’s nearly $11 for a small smoothie. The price just doesn’t justify how small the cup is and how icy the smoothie is and left me pretty unsatisfied.
bowl was okay, acai base was icy, but toppings and ratio between them were good and fresh. However, the place is filthy!! theres just no other way to say it, and i wish i could be nicer about it. Counters where food was being prepped had stains and food residue all over from before we even walked in. 3 employees hanging out, not cleaning anything. As we sat outside, one of them took a dirty knife off the counter, scraped some of the food residue off the counter, and then placed the visibly dirty knife back on the magnetic knife holder.
Walking back through to leave out the back, I noticed virtually every surface in the shop was at least a little dirty, clearly no cleaning had been done most of the day.
To be clear, this is not just a problem related to the 3 people who were working, but absolutely a managerial problem. clear lack of oversight of 3 teenage employees, leading to a potentially unsafe environment in regards to food safety. You are serving ready-to-eat food for god’s sake! do better.

I've had smoothies here twice over the course of a year. Both were 70% ice, flavorless, and not blended enough. Chunks of ice so big, you couldn't get them through the tiny straws they use. The prices are reasonable, and the location is supreme, I really wish it tasted better.
