I ordered a custom birthday cake for my nephews first birthday. I provided a picture for an idea, several conversations as well. I understand the cake would not be exact. The cake looked nothing like we expected. So disappointed for the $$ I paid for it. I have ordered many cakes in my years, I could have done the same and save my money.
