I ordered a large griot and plantain and paid $16 for 6 pieces of meat. My food was cold and the young lady who took my order was very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a side of sauce and it was missing. My experience with this restaurant is always bad from the customer service to the food.

Ordered a plate of Oxtail to go - it was $18.99 and there was literally ONE oxtail in the plate. Ridiculous portion and it wasn't even very tasty. Big dissapointment.
I love this place been going for years when the ladies are there the food is cooked to order fresh you can feel the love when this guy I'm not sure who he is is there it's ALWAYS wrong fatty pieces everytime he puts out the old food at different times I miss the ladies who actually cared and took pride look like this place will soon fall by the wayside like the others.
Parking: Usually busier during different periods of the day sometimes it's just a spot or two open but that's all you need.

This place could EASILY 5 stars. The food is absolutely amazing!! The only thing they need to improve is customer service. We need to stop normalizing bad customer service in Caribbean restaurants. They could really be more successful if they had a more kind and welcoming demeanor. I will be so excited for their food, but then get unsatisfied knowing the customer service I will face. This Haitian restaurant COULD be on top! Answer the phone with kindness, welcome customers with a smile, answer them politely if they have menu questions. This is the only thing that is holding this place back. A&E can be a 5 star ELITE restaurant

First impression, place dirty from outside and inside. Food not displayed properly. It's says Caribbean food, but it's only Haitian. I tried it. $15 for beans & rice, with 2 pieces of chicken with plenty gravy. And the fried plantains that came with it, was hard, dried and no taste. My in laws drove me to get " Caribbean food", they don't eat it, thank God.I am not Haitian, and I felt as though they didn't want to serve me. Man, I wanted to walk out since I saw the condition of the outside. But, was feeling bad not to go back in the car with no food. So, I bought food. Not worth $15. That was my first and last visit there. Sorry. This is just my thoughts and experience
