One thing I don't play about is Haitian food! This place has consistently provided good plate after good plate. I stop here often when I'm working in the area and have never been disappointed. It's a family ran establishment that you can feel and taste thru the food. It's definitely worth the try if you're ever interested in Haitian food.

The young girl at the register with the extra long lashes was so rude . I don’t know how you don’t have respect for customers your father should be ashamed of the way you act running his business like this.

I recently visited this Haitian Caribbean restaurant and had a disappointing experience. I ordered griot, expecting a generous portion as is customary, but was served a plate that was far from adequate. I noticed that the service felt dismissive, and I couldn't shake the feeling that I was treated unfairly, likely because I'm a Black American.
Despite ordering a large plate, I received just a few pieces of meat and a small serving of plantains. It seemed as though I was given less food and charged more simply because I wasn't Haitian. This type of treatment shouldn't happen in any restaurant, regardless of the cuisine.
I’ve grown up enjoying Haitian food and know what a proper plate looks like, so this was particularly frustrating. The owner's attitude did not help matters, but I still tipped them, believing everyone deserves a second chance. I hope this review serves as a reminder for others to be aware of potential disparities in service based on background.

The food an Customer Service is great only thing I was surprised in there is nowhere to sit are dine in an eat
This is the place you go to if you like your food seasoned and if you want a lot of food. This is the place for a “cheat day “. The black rice is so good, the griot is crispy with the right amount of fat. You may wait up to 20 minutes but it’s worth the wait in my opinion.
