Loved everything about Amar. Experience was exceptional end to end and our waitress Oriana was really excellent - very attentive and took great care of us all night!!! Flavors were authentic; really well prepared, perfect temperatures and spacing of food to the table was perfect. We'll be back!!

We had a reservation for a Friday night. Seated right away. Claire was our server she was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. Her service was excellent the entire meal. The food is always delicious there. A must stop if you're in Delray. Enjoy the belly dancer!

bartenders were awesome! had dinner right at the bar. food and drinks were top tier and service was perfect.

This is our 4th time dining at Amar/Delray. Every time we go...it gets better and better.... Friday and Sat nights they have a very hot crowd......and the belly dancer is beyond gorgeous.....and entertaining. Food is outstanding.... tonight, I had the Chicken Kabobs with grilled veggies rather than rice.... The chicken was moist and very flavorful. My wife had the stuffed eggplant with meat.....yummie. Parking is easy at the lot alongside of the restaurant or in many of the free lots around the restaurant. LOVE Amar.....sorry Nicholas you weren't there this time. See you next time! Really good but if you are gluten free it ends up getting pricey. (Veggies instead of bread with the hummus which is labeled gf on the menu is an extra $8, what else am I supposed to eat it with?) (also the rice is not gf because it has noodles, any other side to change it to is an up charge of $5 or more) food was great but that's frustrating when you have no other choice of what you can eat.

Food was really good and our server was super nice. One thing we've noticed though, the hostesses at the front have been pretty rude a few times now, and we've seen them be dismissive to other customers too.

Amazing food , ambience and vibe! The belly dancers were very entertaining! The hummus with lamb with the freshly baked pita was my favorite dish. The only complain I have is the hostesses were not very welcoming. And our waitress was very unwelcoming and awkward as well, which kind of put a damper on the evening. But I would definitely visit again as the food was fantastic.

We had a wonderful experience at Amar Mediterranean in Delray! The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor — everything we ordered was fresh and beautifully presented. The ambience was also perfect, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made our evening even more enjoyable. A special shout-out to our server, Matt, who truly went above and beyond. He made us feel so welcomed and taken care of, constantly checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. His attentiveness and genuine hospitality really elevated our dining experience. Highly recommend for a great night out — we'll definitely be back!

To the person responding - don't. I read your replies and they are rude. This review is for potential customers. Poor value for the money (I live and dine in NYC). Maybe it was what I ordered, but the dish was overcooked and tasted water logged, and the small portion of rice was almost cold. We also waited a really long time for our meals to be served, and the place wasn't all that busy. Atmosphere is nice but it's not enough for me to return.

It was really romantic with a nice ambience and vibe. However, my wagyu kebabs I asked to be medium rare was clearly cooked medium. Other than that, portions were decent and staff was kind.

Amar has been at the top of our list for several years since we first tried it. So happy they moved to a larger venue - it used to be impossible to get a table! Food is outstanding; we particularly liked the Chicken Kafte and the babaganouj. Beautiful atmosphere and wonderful food all around.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Amar Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth, especially by Ariana, whose welcoming and positive demeanor immediately set a fantastic tone for the evening.
The food was, without a doubt, a highlight. Amar specializes in Lebanese cuisine, and you can taste the authenticity and freshness in every dish. I particularly enjoyed their creamy hummus and smoky baba ghanouj – they were absolutely perfect. The mixed grill I tried was also cooked to perfection, showcasing the quality of their ingredients and the skill in the kitchen.
