Empanadas are very overpriced and extremely small portions. Laughable what they charge for what you get. Will never come back. Avoid this place

My husband had a very disappointing experience yesterday at this location. One of the employees, a short lady, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He had ordered a cachapa, but when he checked his bag, it wasn’t included. When he asked about it, she aggressively told him, “You didn’t order that.” When he showed her the receipt on his phone, she responded in a rude tone, saying, “Well, we don’t have that, so you’ll get your money back.”

I understand that they might have run out of the item, but the lack of communication and poor attitude was completely unacceptable. This kind of customer service is not something we expect when paying for a meal. My husband won’t be returning, and he also told my sister about the experience. She mentioned that she had a similar encounter with the same employee in the past, which is very concerning.

We won’t be coming back, and we wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a positive customer experience.

A constructive criticism, when we arrived the place was completely empty, not one customer, generally this is a bad sign, but I decided to stay. We ordered some tequeños as a starter and since we were already ready we ordered cachapas, even though the only ones in the place were my wife and I, it took a long time, but that's not the problem, the problem is that I don't understand how some restaurants don't understand That's what an appetizer is, an appetizer, you shouldn't expect the rest of the food to be ready to take everything at once, if I order an appetizer it's to eat something while the main dish is ready, well they brought me the appetizer and the plate main thing at the same time, I realized that they waited for everything to be ready because the tequeños were already a little cold, regarding the cachapa personally it was not to my taste, it seemed like a fried pancake, I am Venezuelan and I know what it is a cachapa

The food is very delicious and it is in an excellent location ?

The shredded beef smelled and tasted bad. The cheese did not taste like queso fresco. Drink was good but that beef ruined the whole meal had bad taste and smell as if gone bad.

It should have opened earlier, there were many customers who came to see if it was open, it's a good place, the bad thing is that they open very late, I'll come back another day, thanks.

It is an extremely expensive place for the quality, quantity and attention. I just don't recommend it

Andy greeted us right away. His cute dog is the logo. Who doesn’t love that?

The tequeños are good BUT the 5 stars is the flavor of the meat.

Hubby had Andy's Fave. So good.

My favorite was the Pabellon Bowl with Venezuelan, black beans and shredded beef !! The meat is so flavorful. Just loved it.

highly recommend especially if you don't like really sweet things

I wish I lived closer to come here at least one a week for lunch.

The choices all sounded so good! It was hard to pick. I went with the pepita that comes with chicken and steak. Tomatoes onions and cheese. It was bigger than my face! The service is excellent! Our server was so friendly and kind. He was very helpful too. The place is very clean and inviting.

The food here is a 10/10! I had an arepa and it was delicious! The place is beautifully designed and Andres is very personable and gave me recommendations based on my food restrictions. If you haven’t gone, it’s a must!! You’ll leave happy & full ?

The food was very good but the service was very slow and not a very effective. No water refills unless we asked and it took forever to get the check.
