Took way too long and when my food came It wasn’t even good. It was a little dry and needed a sauce. The worst part was when they mentioned they haven’t had broccoli for three months. The atmosphere was an was not really good.Until we ask this lady to put on the Rangers game and she totally ignored us and then we told them to put on the knicks game and then they didn’t have that either. Then they said we should become Florida fans. Last of all the service was terrible. Our waiter only came to give us are food and left did not even come and check on us to see how the food was.

For working with the public it is very important to do the job with compassion for the service of food and spirits check on patrons with a smile even if you’re crying on the inside wouldn’t recommend this location!

Applebee’s is that classic spot where people—especially the older crowd—love to hang out, relax, and enjoy a meal together. This location gets pretty packed in the evenings, so it’s clearly a popular spot.
I sat at the bar; service was okay, though it seemed like they could use an extra person to help clean and turn the tables faster. I noticed folks sitting down even before the bar was properly wiped. The food was decent and matched the value for the price.
It’s a casual, friendly place where everyone seems to enjoy each other’s company. Plus, there’s plenty of parking since it’s located in a plaza. My uncle loves it here, and I can see why—it’s an easy, no-fuss spot to unwind.

The bourbon steak was very good.
Went here recently and couldn't even get a meal. The bartender wouldn't even get me a drink or even acknowledge that I sat down just walked away from the bar. The service is going down apparently... Will not be going back.
They have a wide menu, that is very affordable, with plenty of healthy options.
Staff and service are great. You can relax and take your time, or they can have you in and out quick, if that's what you want.

Went there last night (Wednesday night) with my kids for a quick meal and shockingly was the worst experience. I’ve been to this Applebees before and was never as bad as it was yesterday. Took the waiter more than 30 min to bring drinks. We actually ordered right away once we sat down as we already knew what we wanted. Never received the appetizer that was part of the 2 for 25$ special. Waited 45 min for half the food to come out. When it finally did and we were almost done eating, still no appetizer. So I asked the waiter to just please pack it to go. Had to wait for that, and when he finally brought it (which I ordered boneless bbq wings) he hands me bone in buffalo. When I politely explained this wasn’t my order, he apologized and went to fix my order. Came back another 20 min later, and still wrong appetizer order (this time boneless but still not BBQ, and buffalo again). I understand this isn’t a 5 star restaurant, but come on Applebees. Do better.
