Popped into the Arby's to get a quick beef and cheddar medium size last night at around 9:15 in the evening and boy was I disappointed. I was so looking forward to just grabbing some warm food and going back to my apartment instead I got hard ice cold fries a medium beef and cheddar with maybe two bites of cheddar the only thing that was moderately satisfying was a Coke. The beef was hard cold and definitely not as it should be. Needless to say I'm complete pissed off. I do not foresee myself going into any Arby's ever again such a disappointment.

I so wish I didn't have to drive 30 minutes to get there. But there, but no choice to get the best roast beef sandwich and beef and cheddar all around.
Horrible service ! None of the workers look at you and dont smile. Ghetto , extremely slow and customer service that makes you feel not welcomed. Disappointed...

They are very polite, I would definitely recommend them. I asked for two small glasses for the children instead of the big ones, and they gave me toys. Even though we bought a children's menu, they gave me toys and brought them to the table. Interesting.
