I recently visited your establishment for the second time and ordered a bagel with cream cheese to go. Upon returning home, I was disappointed to find a piece of hair in my bagel. While I have always enjoyed the quality of your food, I believe it is essential for kitchen staff to consistently wear hairnets to maintain hygiene standards and avoid such unfortunate incident

Every time I come I pay a different price for the same thing. Sometimes it’s $8 other times it’s $10 i was even charged $14 once. I wish I could get some consistency with the price. They also call it a bagel smear and there barely any hummus in the bagel. Its also package differently every time. I ask the proper way to order and I hear different thing every time. Low key frustrating.

This type of place is if you are into hospital food. This is your place to be, plus it is super expensive for what you get. I ordered a cornbeaf sandwich with no flavor at all from the bread to the meat for 16 dollars it was pretty disappointing.
