Batch Gastropub: Delray Beach

We went for Thanksgiving. The food was good but nothing exceptional. I ordered the turkey dinner and so did my son. Both dinners were not served hot. Came out a little warm at best.

I have never gone to a restaurant on Thanksgiving and I did not have much in the way of expectations-I just wanted to be able to have dinner with family members. I was absolutely blown away by my experience. From the minute I walked in, everyone was great. The surroundings and ambience were beautiful. The people were welcoming. The food was absolutely exceptional, both in terms of the actual meal and the presentation. The service was fantastic-I felt badly for the people who had to work on Thanksgiving (and said so); their attitudes were so very welcoming and kind which was an amazing reflection on the business. I had the opportunity to meet the manager, Jennifer Brooks, who was charming and delightful. It is safe to say I will never cook again on Thanksgiving and I look forward to their Christmas dinner menu!! Batch will be my new tradition for the holidays!!! The Thanksgiving dinner was so good I would go back tonight if they were serving the meal again. I will definitely be a regular at Batch!! When you go, don't forget to order the biscuits! WELL DONE, BATCH!!

Overall, service was trash. My order was supposed to be pick up at 12:30. I arrived at 1:25 giving the restaurant an addition hour to hopefully have my order ready for pick up. I arrived to see a brunch of people standing around I'm assuming to pick up their order as well. The staff was all over the place, helping different guest while shouting different orders to each other. I feel as things would have went smoothly if each member would have all help to fix order by order instead of each trying to fix different. Once I received my order I was told that they had ran out of sweet potato and green beans which came included in my order. On top of that, once arriving home my potatoes were super salty and sour and the potatoes weren't even soft to the point that non of the kids ate it. The only good things about this 200 dollar meal order was the turkey, 10/10 but everything else sucked! Hopefully someone reaches out to accommodate!

What a pleasant surprise! We had tried this restaurant years ago when the first opened and were not impressed. Thought we would give it another try as they now advertise as NewSouthern. So glad we did! It was fabulous. From appetizers to dinners the food was delicious. The two bartenders were awesome and service was great and friendly. We can't wait to go back again and try some menu items. Definitely a keeper!

Excellent service, we were there for a 90th birthday celebration and somehow the entire staff was aware of it and turned it into a wonderful celebration. The menu is exceptional with the ability to customize some of the recipes. This was a Saturday brunch, will definitely be back

One of our favorite restaurants! Took my kids here who were visiting from out of state and they both loved it. Food is excellent. Service always good, staff is friendly. Highly recommend.

We liked the new menu options and flavors. Our server did a great job taking care of us and answering questions. It was very loud and a large group with a bunch of kids that were uncontrolled.

The food and service was incredible. The space is really comfortable. The noise level, however, was the only thing that didn't make it a perfect evening. Way too loud. There was nothing to block the sound from bouncing all over the place. That being said, our party of 4 would definitely be back again.

It is always a great experience at Batch. Thank you Jenn and everyone else who made it a great experience.

Started with a greeting from Jennifer the general manager service was exceptional, food was excellent and Jennifer continued to check on us. Overall great experience will definitely return.

First visit and pleasantly surprised. The food was well prepared and service was very pleasant. Value was reasonable and not overly pricey. If you are not a fan of food having a little spicy kick, this may not work for you. But, i am sure they could accommodate a request for less spice. The Jumbalya was good but a bit more chunks of sausage and chicken would be better. The flat iron steak was tender but did have that spice kick. Would go again.

I absolutely love this place. It's so cozy and the service is fantastic and the food is delicious. 

Great find. Lovely service. Loved the food. It was quiet but not empty. Tuesday night to be expected but such a nice experience. Will definitely return.

It's a very good spot for brunch watching the game having drinks etc. The service is fantastic. Especially the manager is really good. Watching everything making sure everything is on point.

The food was good. Really enjoyed my jambalaya, it was spicy, but not too much so. Everyone loved the drop biscuits. My cocktail was a "new fashioned" and i enjoyed it. It's definitely spirit forward. The live music was a nice touch, but a bit too loud. My only complaint is that we had a 7:30 reservation and weren't seated until 7:50. My family was pretty hungry and did not handle that long of a wait very well. Overall, we will be back, I just hope the reservation time is honored a little better.
