This restaurant is very special to me. Our family used to go here when they would fly in from out of state. You can't lose with anything on the menu.
Love the boston references. Good location.
Did not like the key line pie.
Our server, Natalie, was genuinely the worst server I’ve ever had. She left us unattended for half an hour while she talked in the bathroom. Our drinks were empty most of the evening and THE RESTAURANT WASNT EVEN BUSY. The restaurant manager had to bring our food out , but she was very nice. That’s what the 1 start for service is for.
My husband and I went for late lunch on our anniversary last week. The mgr greeted us and answered all our questions about the food - we are from New England and wanted Maine steamers and lobster rolls as advertised. She said the steamers were from Maine. No, sorry, they were not from Maine. We summered in Maine for 24 years, these were Maryland steamers - large, fat and chewy, not the small sweet Maine steamers we know well. I had the lobster roll and fries - lobster roll was delicious but the fries were so salty I could not eat most of them, found a few on the bottom which were ok. My husband had the whole clam dinner and although he loves his salt, he could barely eat them as they were so salty. When we told the waitress, she acknowledged that they have had issues in the past with over seasoning. She offered to give me a free fry order to take home?! No, I don't want fries to go home. The Boston Cream pie was good and the drinks were delicious. Although everyone was great, the food was so disappointing. For a lunch to cost close to $200, they could have at least given us a free desert. Don't think we will go back, there are other places to try. Be aware!
Food was pretty basic. Smaller menu. Small water cups is a weird choice for a beachside restaurant.
I’m from Boston and a multi-restaurant owner. The management in this place is pretty much the worst i’ve seen.
There was an unsatisfactory issue with how my table was handled. I brought it to the attention of the outside bar female manager, her response was to laugh…that was very weird. Certainly not a manager i would ever hire.
Furthermore don’t think I’ve experienced anything more unprofessional and degenerative in my life.
The older gentleman manager came out following her and was nothing but unaccommodating. He immediately had an attitude as if the customer was the enemy right off the bat.
The food was absolutely horrendous. This is a bar for college kids, not for people who expect good service in anyway whats so ever.
This place is HIGHLY overpriced for what you get. I recommend finding another restaurant or bar to go to in the area other than this one. Very disappointed with the customer service and the food here considering I’ve been in and out of here for the last 15 years.
We were celebrating our 14th anniversary and we were close by and we happen to stop by this place called Boston on the beach. They happen to have karaoke so we decided to stop in went to the bar and we happen to meet the most amazing attentive bartender we have come across in years. We travel a lot and we recognize people who have great attitudes and if you really want a great time and want to feel special this woman Tiffany will make you feel that way.
I'm telling you she is amazing! She was so amazing that I had to let the manager know. They had karaoke so the DJ slim was awesome. There was a birthday celebration we found out was alexis and 20 girls which was so much fun.
Just like you never know what's going to happen but everybody was so attentive and fun and making sure that you wanted to have a great time from the hostess Veronica who was the one that has a great smile and we decided to stop in and see what what's happening. Everyone was having so much fun. We sing karaoke songs. If you're wanting to go have a great time this is the place to go. I had the shrimp with double vegetables instead of the rice and it was amazing loved it! Steve had the red white and blue salad which was chopped up wedge salad. Excellent!
We totally recommend this place. If you're fortunate enough to get Tiffany as your bartender that's an extra bonus.

I would say it was the worst G/T I had ever had. Could not taste any alcohol. Mentioned it to waitress, she did nothing

We sat on the front deck with ocean view and ordered Crackling Calamari and Conch Fritters. Servings were generous and reasonably priced. Dipping sauces very tasty.

I know the economy is doing bad, but man..this has to be the most expensive Lobster Roll I’ve had in my entire life at $36 per serving size. Initially asked and heard the receptionist say “4oz”…
What do you guys think? Is this even 4oz?
Service was good. They were really nice.
