The staff provide attentive and pleasant service, making it a fantastic dining experience. Recently, customers have enjoyed the Colorado Lamb burgers and the beef short rib burger, both served on a toasted brioche bun, juicy and outstanding. The biscuits and gravy may be the best around Atlantic Ave. Brule Bistro is known for its famous brunch, featuring dishes like charred broccoli with hummus, tuna poke, and chicken meatballs. The chicken and waffles get high praise. The place is a great find for lunch or dinner, offering a comfortable atmosphere and reasonable prices. The food and drink are spectacular.
