Came in for brunch on a Sunday around 11:30 and didn’t have a wait for two but YMMV. I used to live in Delray over 10 years ago and cannot recall trying Brulé Bistro but the fact it has had such longevity in the area speaks for itself considering the fierce competition in the area. The biscuits and gravy may be the best around Atlantic Ave, they were excellent and a great variety to the standard preparation. My friend had the chicken and waffles and finished the entire dish and was giving it high praise. The outdoor seating is great if weather permits as it’s not on Atlantic Ave so you can talk and not deal with noise or exhaust. If you’re undecided on where to go in Delray and want a more intimate setting, give here a go.

Brule is amazing! Been visiting for at least 13 years and it’s always great! The bar is fun, the atmosphere comfortable and the food and drink are spectacular. Suzanne is an incredible chef and always satisfies the palate. Check it out and enjoy.

Maybe it was an off night because I see all the great reviews. Tonight it was maybe an ok but struggling. The mussels and brûlée burger were tasteless, bun on the burger soggy and one of us got snapper which tasted burnt. I had a great guava lemon drop though! Too many delicious restaurants and expensive, not sure I would give a second chance.

20 years in West Palm Beach and moving back north full time. Decided to go out on the limb and try something new that we've never done before. We've always loved the town of Delray so what the heck let me just Google best lunch place. Brulee bistro showed up. What a find I can't believe we never ate there all the time we've been down here The food was excellent service great and the atmosphere is fantastic.

Service and atmosphere is great, the food is below mediocre. Too much sauce , with a very strong taste of curie .
Had brunch today, sat outside and it was a pleasant experience all around. Food and wine excellent as was the service. Perfect choice for the weekend..Many choices on the menu and food prep very good.as was the presentation.

Stopped by here after the Roses daughter restaurant. Menu looks great and we already picked out meals for next time. Had a drink each and wanted to check it out. Super tasty! Nice atmosphere and not too busy to where you can’t hear yourself. Will definitely be back here soon!

Wait staff we're indifferent seating is very uncomfortable food is average Acoustics are terrible very loud other than that terrific.
I tell ya, just keep it simple and you can still be creative. I had the French toast with bacon and ham. Too much bacon. I know right??! Should have said it was a Monte Cristo....that what it was ...too rich and too sloppy. I love this place. Just not this dish. The fish dip was all Salmon. But the Cinnamon roll was the Winner 🏆
