Brulé Bistro is my favorite hidden gem in Delray and truly one of the best spots in Pineapple Grove. I absolutely love the food, drinks, artwork, service, and atmosphere. The entire space has such a great vibe that makes you want to stay, relax, and enjoy the experience.
It’s a perfect place to share small plates and just chill, whether you’re stopping in for happy hour, a weekend outing, or a cozy evening. The presentation of the food is phenomenal and makes every dish feel elevated and special.
My husband and I especially love sharing the small plates and the mac and cheese, which is always a standout for us. If you’re looking for a spot with delicious food, creative drinks, beautiful art, and a welcoming atmosphere, Brulé Bistro is amazing!

Love their mussels in lemongrass! the dish comes with truffle fries - a handful is ok! for more suggestions try the zucchini blossom flowers they were absolutely delicious and pair them with a glass of Flowers Chardonnay.

Have you ever been to a restaurant and felt you are simply not worthy of the meal you've just finished? Regardless of the bill, it always feels like the bargain of the century. I am so not a gorme', but every time I dine at the Bistro I leave feeling like a king. The chicken and waffles come from heaven, the dishes are crazy creative, and after my recent birthday dinner at 85 I've decided i want my last meal on earth at Brule'. The staff are nicer than my favorite grandchild and I've yet to eat anything there that has not been scrumptious. Forget Paris, Rome, New York City....the place for fine dining begins and ends at Brule' in downtown Delray.

Brulé Gastro Kitchen in Downtown Delray, is absolutely excellent. Starting off with our server , Ari, she was knowledgeable on every menu item, & extremely attentive. The charcuterie board is the perfect starter, with a piping hot fresh baguette, made in house, focaccia crisps, white cheddar, parmesan, French bleu, chicken liver mousse , speck ham, cured saucisson, fresh apple slices, fresh honey comb, & blueberry jam. A heavenly combination. Rose's Caesar salad , with little gem lettuce, confit tomatoes, olives , parmesan cheese , & brioche croutons. [It usually comes with fresh anchovies, but we chose to order without.] Absolutely perfect & refreshing way to start the meal after the charcuterie board, the confit tomatoes really take this salad to the next level. & The star of the show, for me, was The Brulé burger ,made with a short rib blend, cheddar , roasted mushrooms, arugula, tomato, & tarragon aioli. We got it cooked medium, the toasted brioche was pillowy & buttery, holding up remarkably well against the juices, the short rib meat was high quality & tender, which seemingly melted in your mouth with each bite. Elevated comfort food at it's absolute finest. This was quite possibly, one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life. Accompanied by a side of poutine ,fresh Wisconsin cheese curds, & a homemade brown gravy - heavy, comforting & a wonderful addition to the burger. We tried several of their cocktails. 1. Guava lemon drop with house-made limonchello ,guava jam , fresh lemon & a salt & sugar rim , was my favorite. 2. Lemon grass twist, lemon grass infused new Amsterdam Vodka , elderflower, orange juice, lime & a brulé d orange. 3. The Whale tail , Gary Whale gin , coconut water , blueberry jam, simple syrup, Serrano, with fresh mint. 4. French 75, Magellan gin , lavender, lemon, & champagne twist. It is a small, & cozy setting , completed with beautiful art on the walls & dim/ relaxing lighting. They do not take reservations, so make sure to keep this in mind if you have a special event, or are coming with a larger party. Thank you Brulé, thank you to the kitchen staff & thank you to our lovely server, Ari. You made my boyfriend's birthday a special & memorable experience. We will definitely be returning.

Came in for brunch on a Sunday around 11:30 and didn’t have a wait for two but YMMV. I used to live in Delray over 10 years ago and cannot recall trying Brulé Bistro but the fact it has had such longevity in the area speaks for itself considering the fierce competition in the area. The biscuits and gravy may be the best around Atlantic Ave, they were excellent and a great variety to the standard preparation. My friend had the chicken and waffles and finished the entire dish and was giving it high praise. The outdoor seating is great if weather permits as it’s not on Atlantic Ave so you can talk and not deal with noise or exhaust. If you’re undecided on where to go in Delray and want a more intimate setting, give here a go.

Maybe it was an off night because I see all the great reviews. Tonight it was maybe an ok but struggling. The mussels and brûlée burger were tasteless, bun on the burger soggy and one of us got snapper which tasted burnt. I had a great guava lemon drop though! Too many delicious restaurants and expensive, not sure I would give a second chance.
