Came in for brunch on a Sunday around 11:30 and didn’t have a wait for two but YMMV. I used to live in Delray over 10 years ago and cannot recall trying Brulé Bistro but the fact it has had such longevity in the area speaks for itself considering the fierce competition in the area. The biscuits and gravy may be the best around Atlantic Ave, they were excellent and a great variety to the standard preparation. My friend had the chicken and waffles and finished the entire dish...

Brule is amazing! Been visiting for at least 13 years and it’s always great! The bar is fun, the atmosphere comfortable and the food and drink are spectacular. Suzanne is an incredible chef and always satisfies the palate. Check it out and enjoy.

Maybe it was an off night because I see all the great reviews. Tonight it was maybe an ok but struggling. The mussels and brûlée burger were tasteless, bun on the burger soggy and one of us got snapper which tasted burnt. I had a great guava lemon drop though! Too many delicious restaurants and expensive, not sure I would give a second chance.
