It is hard to put into words what a negative experience we had. Our appetizers were given to another table, the other table ate some of the food, and the server GAVE us the partially eaten appetizer to us after we brought it to his attention.Our drinks took almost an hour. After 1.5 hours our food still hadn't arrived. We were part of a larger group and my husband and I left with our baby. We told the manager and he said he would take care of it and our family told us our food (that was never served or offered to go) was still on the bill. 2 out of the 5 children with us never received their food.Everyone came home 2+ hours later still hungry and were grossly overcharged on their bill. My sister called the next day about the bill and the manager said they were busy, didn't say sorry, and said there was nothing they could do as the credit card already went through.We will never be back.
Let me tell you, Bru’s Room was an absolute pickle paradise! ? The atmosphere was so awesome, I almost forgot I was there for fried pickles (almost). And guess what? They weren’t out of fried pickles! It’s like they knew I was coming. Plus, they whipped up some fresh ones in a jiffy! ? I’ll definitely be back for more crunchy, tangy goodness. #IstandwithBru’sRoom

Unfortunately, you were not ready for this big football game before the Super Bowl KC vs Ravens. It was an injustice to your staff that were trying to do their job. It took one hour to get a beer, which was disgraceful. Think about your workers…they missed out on tips due to your mismanagement. Your establishment missed out on profits today for sure.

Was there yesterday bartender is great but got my usual order sampler combo.. everything except the chicken fingers was cold not to mention I asked for ketchup 3 times all different people for ketchup saying please and than you with every request and never got it.. so never going back to my favorite late night snack spot if it wasn't for the bartender the service would also be 1 star

A dog was eating off a table serving plate inside, not outside. But that is ok because this dog is special. Beer was warm and restrooms are dirty and you need a gas Mask.

We came to this bar/restaurant to watch the Penn State Football game on vacation in Delray Beach. I have never been so embarrassed. My husband moved the table a little sideways to be able to see the game. The manager Tom came over and rudely moved the table back .He was very rude to my husband when he asked nicely why he needed to turn the table back. We did have a wonderful waitress Kelli . We felt bad she was yelled at by Tom. Well we will watch the game and have our drinks, but we will not give this restaurant any food order or anymore business after this. Please be aware if you plan to visit this restaurant that the manager is not professional. I hope the owners read this. We are from PA and we don’t except rudeness!

Disappointed. Visited for their 1/2 price smash burgers special on Monday nights, ordered the "patty daddy smash burger" from the "smash burger" section of the menu. When the server brought the check and I asked about the discount she said "oh, that one doesn't count" ?

Accepted an order I placed via DoorDash, let it sit for over an hour “preparing my order” (while my Dasher waited), then cancelled after over an hour due to “not having some items”. Didn’t even have the decency to call and apologize despite cancelling after 8 PM and knowingly leaving me with limited options after they seemingly ignored my order for over an hour. Comes across lazy and apathetic, frankly I was only considering Bru’s because a visiting family member wanted to try it. Now, I’m reminded why locals seldom, if ever, waste their time with Bru’s. It’s a Tuesday night and nobody could find the 2 minutes to be professional and apologize for the massive error on the part of your business? Perhaps offer an alternative menu item for out of stock items ordered? I’ve worked in restaurants, this is the easiest “issue” in the world to handle as the restaurant. Honestly, embarrassing. Covid really did a number on the quality of every aspect of this restaurant, in an inherently negative way.
