The manager Nancy (she said that she is manager but im not sure) was incredibly rude and painfully slow. I placed a simple order at the counter and she acted like I was bothering her, snapping at me the whole time. Then she took forever to make the order, moving at a snail’s pace while the line kept growing. Everyone was waiting only because of her. Food finally came out cold and she still had an attitude when she handed it over. Worst service I’ve ever had at a Burger King. Will not be back as long as Nancy is working there.

Terrible service, closed the lobby early without reason, refused service, they wanted me to wait 30 minutes in a line to pick up a delivery order which is absurd, then the staff just laughs

Waited in drive thru line for 30 min. Banged on the door. I peeked in and nobody is even there. They are sleeping outside in there car!!! Whoever the owner is, wow. Bad look on you.

Trashy ppl inside amd outside of this place. Rude lady at drive-thru that shoves bags at you no smile no eye contact, no replies to questions. Food tastes good, however, the toppings are barely there. The top end of a tomato and squirt of ketchup with a huge hunk of the heart of lettuce that is not for consumption. Went up a size to large and both containers did not have fries up to the top. For $30.00 for 2 meals, I expect better everything! The balls these ppl have to charge those prices with bad service and less food. Never again for this place.

This place is gross gross. Went in today and saw the damn Orkin man behind the counter with his flashlight out, looking for bugs. I ask “do they have an infestation back there?”, and he goes “I’m not aloud to tell you”. This place is nasty nasty, I will never, ever, be coming back here again. The part that has me messed up is the staff and the Orkin man aren’t even ashamed, they were just smiling at me like “who cares our place of work is nasty”

I'm not exactly sure about the inside of the store but I ordered on Uber eats and the covered all the hashbrowns and made the food amazing! I am impressed
Everything was well over excellent! The manager was very energetic. And helpful. He seemed to have a good repitoire with his crew as well.

Had lunch here on a Monday and it was rather busy, but service was quick and accurate. The food was served hot and was delicious. It is one of the best Burger King restaurants I have been to. Will return and highly recommend.
