Waited in drive thru line for 30 min. Banged on the door. I peeked in and nobody is even there. They are sleeping outside in there car!!! Whoever the owner is, wow. Bad look on you.

Trashy ppl inside amd outside of this place. Rude lady at drive-thru that shoves bags at you no smile no eye contact, no replies to questions. Food tastes good, however, the toppings are barely there. The top end of a tomato and squirt of ketchup with a huge hunk of the heart of lettuce that is not for consumption. Went up a size to large and both containers did not have fries up to the top. For $30.00 for 2 meals, I expect better everything! The balls these ppl have to charge those prices with bad service and less food. Never again for this place.

This place is gross gross. Went in today and saw the damn Orkin man behind the counter with his flashlight out, looking for bugs. I ask “do they have an infestation back there?”, and he goes “I’m not aloud to tell you”. This place is nasty nasty, I will never, ever, be coming back here again. The part that has me messed up is the staff and the Orkin man aren’t even ashamed, they were just smiling at me like “who cares our place of work is nasty”

Had lunch here on a Monday and it was rather busy, but service was quick and accurate. The food was served hot and was delicious. It is one of the best Burger King restaurants I have been to. Will return and highly recommend.
Dirty dinning room, the customer service is bad, the food was cold, the dryest whopper I've ever ate, soggy fries. My visits to Burger King have become a weekly ritual, a comforting indulgence I look forward to. However, I must confess that my most recent experience at this iconic fast-food establishment was, without a doubt, the most disappointing I have ever encountered.

Used app to order. Food was fresh, hot and exactly as ordered. Drink order for Diet beverage was NOT available and mumbled alternatives at window were difficult to understand. Had to repeat my name FRED six times for counter person to recognize that I had order. Accepted diet Coke, really good hot food and am leaving this commentary. Recognize there is difficulty in communication between app, status of restaurant resources, and customer. Seemed to be lack of communication among store workers at time as well. Have visited before, will come again.
