I ordered in app and went through the drive thru food was fresh and my order was correct I have been to this location many times and it is hit or miss to day it was hit.

We decided to eat inside for a change and it was the filthiest burger king I've ever been in. First of all there were used trays and wrappers all over the tables. Who leaves their trash on the table instead of walking it to the receptacle? Grow some class and manners people. The trash was left there for some time and thats on the employees. The restroom was gross too. Come on Yall do better.

I can't get enough of the salty and high cholestrol food they have here. One bite into a bacon cheeseburger and I know my arteries are clogging. I LOVE IT!Parking: Can't beat free paring
Food is awful &Every single time we order from this Burger King, they get the order wrong. Twice today we ordered because they forgot something. And they messed up both orders.Also, the burger was cold and nasty, and the chicken wrap was undercooked.I complained to the corporate, because I don't want others to go through what we went through. I finally learned my lesson! Wendy's for now on!

I ordered through Uber Eats. Burger King canceled two orders at the last minute when the driver was waiting. They then told the driver that someone else picked up the order which was not true. I waited two hours and all I got was To cancel the orders at the last minute. I had to go to work in the morning so I didn’t even have time to order anything else and I was charged. I will never go to this Burger King.

I went there Tuesday to get my free whopper Junior with any purchase, and the woman at the counter, said I needed a coupon. This was a nationally advertised campaign, which mentioned nothing about a coupon. I promptly walked out, it was obvious that counter person didn’t care about my business. Another typical example of the terrible customer service.

Latisia, manager of store #3197 and her entire crew exceeded each and every expectation one could have while dining out. We have been customers of Burger King our entire lives and have visited BK establishments around the country. We can honestly scream, THIS IS THE BEST BURGER KING IN THE NATION! Spotless from front to back, we were greeted by more than one employee and felt like we were truly appreciated as customers. Every single employee worked with a smile and did not slack off. Every one of the staff was exceptional! Thank you, Latisia and all of your crew. We will be back
