We stopped at Burger Fi during downpour. We ordered lunch for 4 seniors and a 20 year old. Wadner was very patient and helpful. We appreciate his kindness. We also were treated well by Ms, Latoya. We will return to Burger Fi in Delray Beach due to the professionalism of the employees and the delicious burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries and onion rings.Thank you, Burger Fi staff!

Sorry.... bad experience. The place was almost empty and maybe that was part of the problem. I ordered a regular burger and specified that I did not want cheese. Yup....it came with cheese.Unbelievably the same thing happened the second time..... the third burger had no cheese finally but it was ice cold including the bun.Just don't get it.... are they distracted just not listening ....I have no idea but this is unacceptable.I took the Burger home and I'll warm it up when I'm ready to eat it....if. it's even edible at that point.!

Placed an online order for pickup. Super friendly staff. They forgot an item, but we're very apologetic and quickly rectified the error. Food and service are highly recommended.Sidenote: There was a transient that enter the restaurant and started a small disturbance. They professionally de-escalated the man and he left without incident.They stand on business here!
Really disappointing. Came here often when it first opened. Used to love it. Today, no burger buns, no cola, no sprite. Would’ve gone elsewhere but we’d already paid for it and was hungry. Poor quality & filthy dirty. This will be our last visit.Thank you for your reply. I have done as you requested and made contact but as yet there has been response.Still no response………

First time trying out BurgerFi, great location right on the corner of Atlantic and the A1A, great place to sit outside and watch the hustle and bustle of Downtown. Burger was so-so and really expensive, but the french fries were awesome, portions are small and the metal seats are very uncomfortable.

Just picked up a couple of burgers and fries. The burgers were fine. The fries on the other hand were really not edible. They were burnt and somewhat on the soggy side. I had walked to pick thi order up otherwise I would have sent these back.
