Rude employee as a cashier and very impatient. We had to leave the place and go somewhere else ?

First time eating at Burger Fi. Food was excellent. Restaurant was spotless and staff was very nice !
Definitely will go back !

I really have got to say, Craig is an amazing member of your team here. My Fiancée and I came in last night just to grab a couple of burgers to take home for a nice easy dinner, not expecting to walk away with a smile I couldn’t hide. All we did was order takeout, but Craig greeted us as we walked in, very respectfully, offering assistance if needed at the kiosk. (note he was also busy cleaning tables, taking orders, running expo, and whatnot) As soon as I placed my order on the kiosk he kindly called me by name taking responsibility that he would take care of my order as soon as it’s ready. He made our milkshake and brought it out to us, then brought our food out very swiftly, and at every moment of truth through our experience this gentleman was kind, sweet, always offered a smile, and help if we needed. It’s so extremely rare to find that kind of genuine care and charisma nowadays, the kind I would expect at a fine-dining restaurant nonetheless! My fiancée and I met years ago working at Houston’s (a nice restaurant where I was required to wear a suit and be clean shaven every day) and I have to say this man would have blown the other servers away. Get this man a raise, and please promote his work effort!! Much love, Craig, hopefully we’ll be back soon. You really made our night Craig. :)

This used to be a decent restaurant when it first opened.Now the burger was so salty.
The attitude at the counter is horrible.I probably will never go back
