We were three couples having dinner after an afternoon at the movies. We were given a round table, which was very comfortable and easy for us to talk and hear each other. It was also 7:30 pm when we arrived, which is a late time for most patrons in this area surrounded by adult communities. Jake was our waiter who was excellent. We had a few menus to choose from with specials, and I had the Power-bowl with chicken. It was packed with vegetables, sweet potatoes and quinoa. It was a generous portion. I was able to have another meal from the leftovers. Our friends had other salads and appetizers like edamame, and a spinach cheese dip with chips. Paul had the Mongolian beef with broccoli but he thought it was tough and the brown sauce was too salty. The best items to get here would be more classic American fare - the Asian salad, hamburgers etc. It’s a local venue in an upper class plaza which has indoor and outdoor dining options.

I was at Burt and Max's for a DIY Plant event this past Tuesday and kudos to this establishment for bringing something fun to do while enjoying great food and top notch service. We all had a wonderful time creating our own beautiful succulent arrangement. The instructor/owner of Succulent Life Brittany, was awesome and gave clear, step by step instructions on how to plant and take care of our succulent plant.

The restaurant is beautiful! Everything seems very clean and organized. Our server – I believe his name is James – very hospitable. He was at our table every 2 to 5 minutes asking if we needed anything, he answered all of our questions with a lot of knowledge, And when there was an issue, he quickly resolved it. The only opportunity I found was that the cornbread was very hard like maybe it had sat out for a little bit too long but other than that, the burger was delicious. The fries were lovely. Everything else was 100%!
We just had the most incredible experience at Burt and Max’s! From the moment we walked in, everything was spot on, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service made it truly unforgettable! Special shoutout to Joey, our server, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was kind, attentive, and genuinely made us feel at home. It’s rare to find someone who’s both professional and personable, but Joey nailed it! Every dish we ordered was amazing, so fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell they take real pride in what they serve. If you're around here, do yourself a favor and check this place out. We'll definitely be back!

We go weekly to Burt & Max, we always ask for Joe, he gives us 10 star service, always with a super great attitute. The food is excellent, I recommend the steak quesadillas, the Hamburger, and the trout when it's available, among others. The armosphere at the bar seems very nice.
