Can't beat Carvel on a hot day. This location is clean and the staff are always friendly. A few tables to sit down both in and out. Convenient parking and location.
Worst experience. Found plastic in my shake cup. My shake was so thick I couldn't even drink.If I could give half a star or 0 stars I would. The person who worked on our ice cream and shakes did not know what she was doing.Soft serve started falling off the cone as soon as she handed it and instead of making another I was handed a cup and spoon. If I wanted a cup and spoon I would have gotten a cup ice cream.

Good carvel but staff never smiles. It's a problem for them to give you a spoon. ALWAYS DIRTY. OVERFLOWING TRASH CANS. Trash and spilled ice cream all over the side walks.

All the tables were very dirty and the floor there was very dirty and nobody in there except us, it wasn't busy so I think they should have cleaned a little Also the ice cream was even dirty, meaning there was some vanilla ice cream that fell into the chocolate. All the ice cream had a layer of ice on top also . The whole experience was awful. I do not think I will go back .
