Food was super salty.. The customer service sucks here- you order a specialty bowl and even though they’re reading for a card what to add the the bowl, they miss most of the toppings. I’m am so disappointed

This is my second time coming to Cava, and honestly the customer service needs work. I came around 12 and the ladies working the line had no type of customer service at all. No smiles, no greeting, no welcoming energy — it felt very dry and uninviting. I understand places get busy, but basic friendliness goes a long way. The food was great, but the experience with the staff definitely didn’t match the quality of the food.

What a beautiful new Cava, and in South Florida - yay!!! I used to have to try to hit up the St Augustine location if I ever drove past that exit. The staff mixing our bowls were so helpful, kind and patient. We got there just after noon and didn’t have a line, but by the time we left there was about a 10 person line. It was moving quickly though. The food is so flavorful and the portions are plenty. I will try to curb my desire to want to eat there every day. It’s that good.

Really sad that this cava has the worst service. I have ordered ahead 3 times now and all 3 times I had to wait for my order 20 mins past the pick up time. They also don’t fill up the bowls all the way. I have been to other locations and this one is just lazy. The atmosphere also seems dirty. There was a dirty hairnet on the floor as I was waiting for my order.

I went to this location a few days ago and one of the employees behind the counter was laughing while looking directly at me while I was ordering.
That kind of behavior is childish and completely unprofessional. If you work in customer service, laughing at customers is unacceptable and makes the business look bad.
Management should address this, because no employee should think it’s okay to mock customers while they’re just trying to order food.
The food was great, but the attitude of that employee completely ruined the experience. As long as that person works there, it’s not worth coming back.

We love Cava, only gave four stars for food this time because they were out of our favorite dips (crazy feta). Otherwise the food is awesome, the atmosphere is fine (casual fast food norm) and service was good on our visit.

I actually tried CAVA tonight for the 1st time after walking out of chipotle. They were arguing with me about serving a better portion of chicken?? I couldn't believe the bad attitude and how stingy chipotle still is with their chicken portions. Especially after the social media backlash. But im glad it happened. The staff here at CAVA was friendly and served me a good portion. And with the variety CAVA offers with the build your own bowl they embarrass chipotle with flavor.... I will be coming to CAVA now each week. Chipotle stock is in the garage by the way. No surprise why.. Advice to management, people want generous protein portions, do this and you will have many repeat customers. Start to screw people like chipotle? And you will be exposed on social media.

How do you run out of garlic dressing at 6:45pm with a closing time of 10pm. I told them to ask to go and togo said they didn’t have any.

Update: went back up at the counter and requested a refund because I didn’t think it having the garlic dressing would make a difference. The same girl at Togo that said there was none, turns around and hands me one I said no thank you. Refund please. Smh terrible way to run a business
