This is my second time coming to Cava, and honestly the customer service needs work. I came around 12 and the ladies working the line had no type of customer service at all. No smiles, no greeting, no welcoming energy — it felt very dry and uninviting. I understand places get busy, but basic friendliness goes a long way. The food was great, but the experience with the staff definitely didn’t match the quality of the food.

What a beautiful new Cava, and in South Florida - yay!!! I used to have to try to hit up the St Augustine location if I ever drove past that exit. The staff mixing our bowls were so helpful, kind and patient. We got there just after noon and didn’t have a line, but by the time we left there was about a 10 person line. We love Cava, only gave four stars for food this time because they were out of our favorite dips (crazy feta). Otherwise the food is awesome, the atmosphere is fine (casual fast food norm) and service was good on our visit.
