Okay first of all why am I talking to a robot when I order food. We were trying to order the Philly cheeseburger that was right in front of our faces on the menu and they kept saying that they didn’t have it. After some struggling, finally a real person came on and took our order. The staff was polite, but their chicken tenders gave me SEVERE food poisoning that made me so ill that I was forced to miss the first day of my work trip. I was crying and throwing up for the next 24 hours and missed some very important events. Don’t eat the tenders unless you want to be out of commission for the entire day.

You've been at one, you've been at all of them. This particular one is kinda slow. I am changing my review. I'm tired of being robbed for the employees here. First, they SHOULD speak English, specially the manager that is a guy. Black dude, Jamaican, I think. He charged my card and then he told me "coupon no good". These are professional thieves. 20 minutes in the drive through and after I complained because I didn't get the $5 off of $15... They left me waiting another 10 minutes at the window. 6 cars in the line, they couldn't care less. Another time, after installing the app, you are supposed to get a free sandwich ... not for them!. They just charge your card and lie to you. Today was my last time there. Avoid at all costs. You WILL be pissed off.
I don’t ever write reviews, nor do I like bashing places online. But this is the worst, slowest service I have ever had. Not to mention you can’t even wait in line without 3 homeless people asking you for money. The lady behind the counter was super snobby and they definitely don’t care about good customer service. If upper management would clean this place up it could be a wonderful place because location is on point.

Prices are a scam! I wanted the smallest #7 combo, which was listed at 8.49, yet they told me the total was 10.57. Math doesn't add up, and lady at the window made zero attempt to explain or be helpful.
