Food was good but omg this time the fries was too salty and I couldn't eat it i ended up drinking a lot . They really need to cut back on salt . Does not mean if one likes it salty that other does and next time I will return it back

first of all I never get sick. I can eat whatever and I don't have a problem.Two weeks agoI got bad food poisoning from this location.Dining room was closed due to construction didn't think much of it but I shloud've. The manager was informed he said someone will contact me, still no one called to this day. It's getting harder to trust restaurants nowadays and Chick fil-a is getting worse by the day.

Woke up in time for chickfila breakfast after a long Friday night. Imagine being so hungry and finally getting all the way home, excited to eat your chicken minis and you see this. Someone needs to pay more attention, how do you only put chicken on two of them?? Safe to say I am left disappointed and still hungry.

The staff here were amazing I think his name was Jonathon in the drive through he went out of his way to make sure the brownies were still soft before I ordered one and it was so so kind you just dont get treated that way at most places anymore kudos to them!

This is the last time I order berry parfait. It was a drive-thru order. They didn't include granola, and the only fruit oi got was two strawberry pieces and two blueberries.
Buyer Beware - when you place an order in the Drive Thru, tell the employee to read back to you what you ordered. They make you pay there, but they don’t give you a receipt that you can verify anything. Last night (9/30/2025 after 8:00pm) we were surprised to learn we only paid for 2 of the 4 items we ordered. We made a second payment at the pick up window. When we got home, my wife got a regular roll, when we ordered a pretzel roll. My sandwich was mussing the bacon. Buyer Beware - don’t leave the pickup window, until you have inspected and accounted for every item. I tried to use their customer feedback online system and it erased everything I typed. I tried using their telephone feedback system and that failed too. This company has some serious competency issues. Get your act together!

Was turned down at 9:57 drive thru is idiotic.. Had to drive 2 minutes to find out where the drive thru got to the beginning of the drive thru and they threw a cone infront of my car at 9:59 a friend of mines works here heard the whole conversation even thought it was messed up they were supposed to take my order. Very unprofessional ran by kids recommend to keep on driving and not stop.
