Employee's not taking orders at 11:30 Terrible service with Nia . Employees there weren't taking orders so when I pulled up to the window to know what was going on then I asked for a manager Nia said I had to go back and get in line again she couldn't take my order. They need to hire new managers that know how to train employees how to take a order always a bunch of kids there terrible service.

My kids love this place. The problem is access in and out due to being on a corner of a busy intersection. It’s a really bad location.
Fast friendly service total customer service and they delight is also . Food was hot & fresh . No FluFF just Lip Smacking

This location is going downhill FAST. Very glad a closer location opened by me so I don’t have to give my business to Delray anymore. My past 3 orders were missing fries with my meals. It’s not Ubereats fault because the bag is sealed when they pick it up. The employees are lazy and careless. In person service is no better. They stand around while forgetting to take your order and the line takes forever. Horrible. Hope the franchise owner is aware of how bad this locations service is.

They need to be more clear on the signs in the drive thru ! After waiting once they made me go around and wait again! Not good I have better things to do then wait on lines!Parking: The signs aren’t clear about getting your food order lanes

Chick Fil A is always great. The staff was friendly.
The night service has been terribly off with delivering what was ordered. A couple weeks ago I ordered a chicken club sandwich and received a basic Chick-fil-A sandwich in error. I also ordered the market salad with grilled cuts with all the ingredients, toppings and dressing, it was delivered without the toppings and missing ingredients. Tonight I ordered the same, so I checked my food order and the chicken club sandwich was correct this time, but they left out the toppings for the salad. I was so focused on making sure they didn’t mess up the food order that when I got home I then realized they didn’t bag my sauces I asked for. Lesson learned, next time I will slowly, and carefully make sure I get the correct entrees, sides, drinks and sauces before driving away.

I left my Louis Vuitton in Chick-fil-A today, and I am just so grateful for the manager Chelsea and her very honest staff for holding it with all of my valuables, including a very expensive camera as I am a photographer. So refreshing to know there are still honest people in the world!
