Just got an original chick Fil A sandwich in the drive thru. The attendant dropped my credit card during the hand off. I could not open my door to get it. Plus the jerk behind me was beeping his horn. They attendant stopped and went outside to get it for me. Thank you.

The interior is so nice and well kept that you'd forget you're inside a fast food restaurant, but the food still comes out quickly and served with a smile.

Ordered a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. The piece of chicken was SO small and SO thin! More like a bread sandwich with breading and barely any chicken. I see this happening more and more where you pay more and get less, but I would expect more from Chick-fil-A. I had never been dissatisfied with the size of the chicken breast but “shrinkflation” is a real thing sadly.

No military discount and no plastic straws!

I was at the mall in Boca south 5 miles a few days ago and that Chick-fil-A gave me a 25% discount and they also had plastic straws. I was like “wow, that’s the best discount I’ve ever gotten since coming home, I didn’t know Chick-fil-A supported the military like that!”

Ecstatic, I decided to come to this place for the drive through because hey why not?

It was one thing to have paper straws and NO plastic ones (no one wants those) but to openly not even take a single $1 off as a Chick-fil-A store in FLORIDA!?

Talk about leaving a bad taste in your mouth.

I don’t want this to come off as me being owed anything, I have asked less than a handful amount of times since coming home, but if you don’t support the troops then I won’t support you.

Good luck with your business, it’s worth the extra miles for me to choose another location who does support the military.

Came through drive thru during dinner and the last two times Tyonii has been rude to me. Either she doesn’t want to be there or doesn’t want me there…. I come to the window and I don’t get acknowledged and while I drove off I heard her curse. Not very nice! On the other hand I did drive by for dinner last week and let me tell you! Morgan and Sophie are AMAZING. Sophie always remembers my name and order and Morgan is so pleasant! I just wish it were consistent so I can become a regular during my breaks. Cookies always warm and fresh! Fries always crisp & full!

I came a couple of weeks ago and got a meal with a salad I drove back to the job that I was working at to find out that I had no fork so I had to drive back to get a fork just to eat my salad..
Today I tried to do the exact same thing but I opened the bag to make sure that I had a fork and I did indeed have a fork and when I got to the location where I am working there was no salad dressing and it was the manager who brought the food out to me because they had me pull around front

Worst customer service especially so called team leaders management need to train them better

I think we’re all aware of the high standard that chick fil a holds nationally in terms of food quality, cleanliness, and incredible kindness of the staff - but this particular location has, to me, been the most impressive example of that culture! The location was absolutely pristine, the food was perfect, and most importantly, the staff were some of the kindest, most genuinely content people we’ve interacted with, not only in the service industry but overall!! Highly recommend this location! It also has a small but very very clean play area for the kiddies

From the greeting to the eating Chick-fil-A is the best fast food experience around the fact that they are closed on Sunday respecting God's day makes it that much more special.
